Espiritu Mesa Reviews
Great overall meal. Only complaint was the drinks delay throughout meal. Initial order took over 20mins to get drinks provided. 2nd round was not any faster. Atmosphere was wonderful and staff were attentive. We enjoyed all of the food options we selected Appetizer-Queso fundido Entrees-short rib bao buns, 20oz bone in ribeye, and the pork porterhouse. Can't say enough about Espirtu. The drinks were so delicious, and had the best glasses to go with them, our server was attentive and had great recommendations, and then the food was phenomenal. And to top it all off, the interior was so interesting. Give me dark and moody with delicious drinks all night.

Espiritu Mesa is a hidden gem in downtown Mesa, offering delicious food and expertly crafted cocktails. Their menu includes unique and tasty dishes, such as a burger with charred pepper, crispy potatoes, and soft, buttery buns. The restaurant also features market specials like a 20 oz bone-in rib eye and pork chop, cooked to perfection and served with sides like bean soup and grilled flour tortillas. The atmosphere is intimate, with dim lighting and music that can get loud at times, creating a lively yet cozy setting. The service is friendly and knowledgeable, with enthusiastic staff who explain the menu well and check in regularly. The cocktails, including favorites like the Phoenix, are expertly made and very good, though they can be pricey. The food arrives quickly, and the quality makes it a worthwhile visit. Reservations are recommended due to limited seating, but guests often find it is worth the effort. Overall, Espiritu Mesa is a great place to enjoy a meal and drinks in a warm, inviting environment.
