Best dim sum in Phoenix. Would drive the 30 minutes again.
Definitely the best Dim Sum spot in the Valley! The service is great, the food delicious and fresh & it’s perfect for satisfying your cravings. I enjoy bringing friends and introducing them to the huge selections they offer. There’s something for everyone. The push carts are fun to pick from but they also offer a menu. It gets pretty busy on the weekends so go earlier or prepare to wait.
Very authentic dishes and sim sum! Dim sum served in carts, a very classic way. Food is awesome. Probably one of the best dim sum 早茶 in the US.

Mekong Palace Dim Sum Chinese Restaurant offers a variety of hot and fresh dim sum dishes, including a unique leek and shrimp combo. The service is generally good, though some customers have reported feeling rushed. The restaurant's authenticity is highlighted by the presence of hanging duck and pig heads. The dining experience is unique, with dishes prepared from a wide selection and brought to the table on a covered trolley for customers to choose from. Many find the food to be very tasty, with some describing it as possibly the best Chinese food they have ever had.
The restaurant is praised for its excellent customer service. Staff are often polite and friendly, and they have gone above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, even in cases of delivery issues. Customers appreciate the wide selection of classic Chinese staples, as well as harder to find items like crab meat fish maw soup.
While the overall atmosphere is described as odd, with the restaurant being located in a converted food court, the food is generally considered to be of good quality, with the steamed lava egg yolk bun being a standout dish. The best time to visit is before 11:00 AM, when the restaurant is less busy.
