“First timer, we have been wanting to try for quite some time.
I had signed up for text messages. Took advantage of the free Firecracker Shrimp. It was excellent
I had the fish sandwich, battered. Fabulous
My husband had the Hot Honey Chicken Salad. He really enjoyed it.

Our server was Gabby, super pleasant. Very knowledgeable

Our only disappointment, they do no accept American Express , however that would not stop us from returning.

Bottom line. We will return. We liked what we ate well enough to order them again but we will try something different.

“I will start this off by saying that Jared at this location saved the day.I was on my way with my bestie to go pick up my stepdaughter from Karate in Gilbert. I was going to be 15 minutes early, so I decided to stop off and pick up a 1 piece chicken strip and 4 piece shrimp combo for me and a 3 piece fish combo for him.It's made to order, so it took about 10 minutes for the food to be ready.We leave to finish heading to go pick up my daughter. The chicken was super hot, so I just ate the fries for a few. I stop at a light and pull apart the chicken... it was RAW. Not a little bit of pink raw, RAW RAW.I called and spoke with Jared, who was apologetic and understanding. He asked if we'd be able to come back, and he'd refund and remake my order. I told him I had to go pick up my daughter in Gilbert, but I'd swing back by on my way home. He told me to take my time, and ask for him when I got to the store.We got to the location and he ensured that everything remade was cooked to perfection and issued my refund. He did let us know that there were new people being trained and the batter was probably not shaken off enough for an even cook.I attached pics of the raw chicken and the remade order.Jared, thank you for being so understanding and turning what was an awful experience to an excellent one!“

“Had a great dinner with Callie as our server! The tartar app and octopus rissoto were so delicious. The atmosphere was so fun and vibrant - the drinks were delicious and they brought us a dessert to celebrate our engagement. Can't wait to come back and try more foods!“

“Took my wife to enjoy her favorite meal Halibut on Mother’s Day. High Tide did not disappoint. She loved it and so did I and I’m not a fish eater. Everything about the meal was spot on. The chef did a fantastic job. We have been getting tired of the quality and what the competition around the area have been putting out. Firebird’s can’t cook a piece of Salmon, Buck and Riders theirs comes out of that kitchen dripping in grease. I’m glad we came back to High Tide to celebrate this special day and really enjoyed a great meal. This place was jammed and the service was excellent.“

“AMAZING service. Since they don't take reservations, we called ahead since we were a party of 8. They had a table ready and waiting for us. Alicia was our server and she was PHENOMENAL. We had such an awesome experience. I even got my parents from Minnesota to have a shrimp boil (which they thought was SPICY but still ate every bit of it)! It truly seemed like everyone at this location has immense pride in their work. We hope to come back in the future!“

While my prior visits have been nothing short of spectacular, last night's order ended very peculiarly.

We ordered crab puffs (X2), honey chicken, curry chicken, shrimp with lobster sauce, and fried rice.

No issues with the puffs, honey chicken, or curry chicken. However, I identified two issues where one we are still encountering as a family.

At one point while eating the fried rice, one of my bites I felt a very crunchy portion. So crunchy, I thought I broke a tooth. Thankfully, I was able to account for my teeth. But I could not find what it was that caused the situation to begin with. Sadly, I was then too paranoid to eat more of the rice.

Shrimp with lobster sauce was a newer item we had picked. Three of us are now dealing with various types of stomach aches. For the three that are dealing with the aches, they were the only three that ate the shrimp dish (my wife, my oldest son, and myself). It has been a rather miserable day, unfortunately.

I had to adjust the rating from a 5 to a 4. Like I said, we've been to Ginger Garden in the past, and no complaints. The rice matter may be a serious outlier, but I can't ignore it given I was legit worried about a broken tooth (maybe it was a super fried rice kernel). But the stomach aches are another item that we can't overlook either. It may be the shrimp or sauce was spoiled, and the restaurant wasn't aware. However, it had a significant impact on our visit.

When I return, I'll make any adjustments to the overall rating. I hope it goes back to the five star rating we've had in the past.“

“It was my first time back since Covid hit. It was just as tasty as before. The waitstaff made sure I was happy with everything, even well after bringing my food. They followed all the current protocols of these times too.“

“I love this! I used to wait for the Arabian Horse Show to get the lobster rolls. There, it was twice the price for just the lobster roll...and they ALWAYS ran out! Now I found an easy way to treat the family and a meal is cheaper than McDonald's!“

“I ordered cannolis for pickup last night, and they were absolutely perfect. What the staff didn’t know is that these cannolis were in honor of my late brother’s first heavenly birthday. He was a talented chef who loved making cheesecake and cannolis, so this dessert holds a special place in our hearts. The team here couldn’t have known the meaning behind the order, but I truly appreciated the care that went into preparing them. The cannolis were delicious and brought a bit of comfort to our family on a very sentimental day. Thank you for helping make a small but meaningful moment so special.“

“Great place, the Nachos were fantastic, the manager was so awesome, Our bartender was great, he made me the Salt Old Fashion, a Mexican take on an Old Fashion that was spectacular, try it!!!“

“Absolutely loved this place. The highlight for me was the Shrimp Pan Fried Noodle. The portion size was massive. I ate a ton and it barely looked like I touched it, so the value for the money is incredible.

The restaurant itself has that authentic Asian-owned vibe both inside and out, which I personally love. You can tell right away the food is going to be legit, and it definitely delivered.

I’ve seen some of the other reviews, and honestly it feels like some people came in with the wrong expectations. If you come in open-minded and ready for real, hearty portions and authentic flavors, you’re going to enjoy it.

I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend giving it a try.“

“Good steak/food and best service“

“I placed an order online for pickup and we had a rather large order. When I arrived, it was very busy and they had many large orders being placed that they were trying to fill. It was Mother’s Day. They were very nice, as always, and I took my order home. But when we looked, there were many missing items and the special order items were made incorrectly. I called and spoke to Katherine. She was SO sweet, understanding, and apologetic. I definitely felt heard and taken care of. She helped make it right and wished me a happy Mother’s Day. Thank you so much Katherine and the rest of the team.“

“Miss Ono Hawaiian BBQ is one of the best Hawaiian barbecues I've ever been to their food is exceptionally great and hot and tasty and the service is above and beyond and the manager Miss Torres was very helpful and kind to my elderly parents very helpful my parents love this place. I highly recommend this location to anybody seeking Hawaiian food.“
