All the positive reviews are so true! Tried out this establishment for the first time. Alondra was the most attentive server. Friendly and kind. Food was delicious! They give you a bit of the fish broth to drink at the beginning to get your taste buds going! For appetizers we started off with oysters and fish ceviche from the happy hour menu. My partner and I went to Blu for our 6 year anniversary - only to be met with the best service ever! Sabree took such wonderful care of us and offered excellent recommendations to us newcomers to Blu! I’m typically not a fan of cheesecake, however, the tres leches strawberry cheesecake was delicious!! Sabree went above and beyond and gave a wonderful date night experience!! Highly recommend!

For a unique option, try the "presidente tacos" and the ribeye agua chile, which is a spicy and savory take on aguachile. The micheladas are quality, made with modelo. While the oysters can be a bit thick and fishy, the overall food is absolutely amazing. The service is so attentive that even when a steak was sent back, it was handled perfectly.
