“Food quality has gone down hill. My salad had to be taken back, it looked more than a day old. The replacement was a little better but not by much. Ordered the mussels to start off which I ended up giving back. Grossly over cooked and the sauce they were in was not any sauce I've had there before. My Filet was cooked perfect! The lobster tail was good but don't think the clarified butter was the real deal. Baked potato had been rewarmed don't know how many times, you can tell a fresh baked, and mine was not. I've been to many a Red Lobster before and what I'm seeing and with other restaurants as well, is poorly made food yet the prices keep climbing. We the customers keep these restaurants open and we're being treated as if our taste buds have been taken away. And that we'll continue to accept bad food being served. Maybe if we stop going they'll get the message.“

“We were served by a beautiful young lady named Jessica M. She was very friendly and efficient while answering our questions and taking our order. She brought our food and spaced out our appetizers, salads and snacks entrees. Just like we asked! Her service was impeccable! I then found out she was new in the service industry and was very shocked. She was trained very well. Our food was delicious! I definitely recommend Black Angus and when you go, ask for Jessica M. You won't be disappointed!“
