“Food quality has gone down hill. My salad had to be taken back, it looked more than a day old. The replacement was a little better but not by much. Ordered the mussels to start off which I ended up giving back. Grossly over cooked and the sauce they were in was not any sauce I've had there before. My Filet was cooked perfect! The lobster tail was good but don't think the clarified butter was the real deal. Baked potato had been rewarmed don't know how many times, you can tell a fresh baked, and mine was not. I've been to many a Red Lobster before and what I'm seeing and with other restaurants as well, is poorly made food yet the prices keep climbing. We the customers keep these restaurants open and we're being treated as if our taste buds have been taken away. And that we'll continue to accept bad food being served. Maybe if we stop going they'll get the message.”

“First time dining with my family at this location, and the experience was 10/10. I made reservations, and the staff was very professional, making my family and me feel welcome as they prepared our table and seated us. The drinks were delicious, and the food was top-tier. The energy and atmosphere were calm and relaxing, and you could enjoy a nice meal with your family. I loved their appetizers and will definitely be back to dine in again.”

“From the moment we sat down, Andy was incredibly attentive and caring. Everything he did felt perfectly balanced: he checked in exactly when we needed him.

His communication was excellent, warm, natural, and genuinely friendly. What impressed me most is how well he knows the menu. He knows every dish in detail, presents the food beautifully, and clearly understands how to make guests feel welcome and happy.

Honestly, if I were the owner, I'd seriously consider promoting him to a management position in the future. He does everything thoroughly, professionally, and with real care. A true asset to this restaurant!

The hors d'oeuvres and appetizers were not only amazingly delicious, but they were beautifully presented! Of course, with it being a Wine Bar, can't go without having wonderful Wine and a delicious and delightful Mimosas Bar with fresh fruit juices, sparkling options, and garnishes to make a refreshing spirit! They do have a full menu, but most people come for the good bar food. Fish and chips very good, nachos are good (ask for extra nacho sauce), salad options good.
On the public golf course, so excellent 19th hole atmosphere.”

My family & I visited your Goodyear Arizona Estrella Location after the Sounds Of Autism Non Profit 501c3 Organization Walk at Goodyear Ballpark on Saturday November. 4th between 1pm-245pm. We sat on the patio toward the back of the patio, my purple & black galaxy Nike backpack was forgotten there, in my chair. Inside was a tan wallet with a photo of my eldest son Niko on the front, inside that wallet is part of his ashes that had been made into a peace sign epoxy coin with the tag for his ashes from Avenida Funeral Home. My school work badge was on a key lanyard that says 'DEA' from the joint public task force with Goodyear, behind my badge is my son Niko's security badge. I tried calling the restaurant & was told to call back. When I called again, I was told someone had claimed the backpack. Please if anyone can help or may have turned it in, seen someone with it, a picture, or video. Remembers who claimed my backpack. My wallet had the last hard copy photos I have of my son Niko, including his work badge. I know this is a shot in the dark. Grief has been very difficult. This was my family the day of the event before we went to your location. Idk if your location has cameras or perhaps keeps track of lost & found or when someone claims lost itmes. Any assistance please.”

Totally worth the wait! We were seated within the time frame designated. All the staff were friendly and Brandy and Patti were awesome servers! Very personable and attentive. Our table split a big chicken salad, then enjoyed the Tavern Thin Pizza and I had the GF pizza. It really was the best GF crust I’ve had. We did end up taking most of the pizza home to enjoy the next day. Food was great, as was the atmosphere. Very clean. It’s understandable why there is a crowd. Would love to come back here!”

I can't consume a full order of wings, so I take the rest home. Lately the wings have been VERY dry . They are NOT as good as they used to be. Are they pre-cooked nowadays ? They taste even worse the next day when I try to reheat them (not in the microwave). :(”

My experience last night was fantastic thanks to (our receipt says John so Im gonna go with John). I tried to order on the app but alas couldnt get it to work correctly so I headed into the store instead. John was friendly and fast and understanding of my frustration with the app. Let me just say that the 2 can dine for $25 meal is bringing us to Cafe Rio much more frequently and wow our whole meal was incredible from the sweet pork burritos to the delicious queso to the yummy strawberry lemonade. We had a super filling meal that we will be reheating as leftovers tonight. Ive told my whole family about that exceptionally good deal on a meal and they will all be stopping by. Thanks for offering an affordable option for a hardworking yet still struggling family and thanks John for making my visit so pleasant!!”

English muffin over done. Eggs slightly under done, but edible. Ordered soup and sandwich to go. Waited 45 minutes, and was brought plated food. Waited another 10 minutes. Met Katelyn J., the operations manager. She is on top of working out problems in the kitchen. Very sincere, personable, and focused. She reduced my ticket, due to long wait for takeout. Good menu, but prices are about 20% more than other restaurants but it ia a nicer venue. Drink Benedict is specialized and pricey. I would go back when I had out of town guests.”

The poor cold girl in the drive line with her tablet and mask (👏👏👏) at 7:45 am was so sweet, friendly and personable! I didn’t get her name but she had good lashes 😅 anyway, she greeted me so sincerely, recommended a drink based off my usual Starbucks order, knew how to build it and mentioned/suggested the app to me. I was in the food industry for 10 years and my husband is corporate (fast) food for nearly 15 years now and we are very picky when it comes to customer service. Recently we have been astounded with how horrible everything is any place we go. This visit was a breath or fresh air and this girl was perfection!!!! When 1 car away from the window I had a bit of a wait (though I didn’t mind) due to something with that car ahead of me, I don’t believe it was a Dutch issue. I could see the girl at the window smiling through her mask and being super friendly, it seemed as though she was chatting with a friend but I’m pretty sure it was ‘just a customer.’ When I rolled up she apologized for the wait, double checked my order and told me to “have a beautiful day” before I left. Also did not see her name but she too had great lashes 🤣 I must be PMS-ing but I literally started crying when texting my husband about how impressive and amazing this whole experience was 😂😍 I want to make sure those girls are rewarded or at least aware of the impact they are and can truly make on people and that Dutch knows what assets they have employed there. “We absolutely love this location! It's the number one Slims in the valley! They have the best hot chicken, the best sawce and oh baby they actually cook their fries to perfection! I have never been disappointed by the fries here but I'm sad to admit that I have had many a bad fry at other locations. The staff here are 100 out of 50 with service and attention, they always get our order correct and they seem to actually enjoy their work. Not that it's important in a review that I see the staff enjoying their job, but when the staff just seem to enjoy what they're doing and you leave with great food, it leaves the kind of impression with you where you actually want to go back and spend your money there. You know it's going to be a good experience and there's no anxiety about who you're dealing with or if you're going to end up with the wrong order or poorly cooked food. The Dave's right across the street has messed up our orders so many times I'll never go back. There's so many options for where to eat out here in the valley that I think it's really worth the praise when we have a store that delivers everything and more, it's not just fast food, it's your dinner and it costs money. It's gotta be worth it nowadays and this place comes through with quality and service.”

“We did a to-go order. It’s a basic Taco Bell and delivered pretty much what we expected. I did order a Pink Passionfruit Refresher which I did not really enjoy. All the “fruit” was at the bottom and hard to get to with a straw. You have to get through the 90% of ice slush. They should have given you a straw. Did not realize that until we drove away. Next time I’ll stick with a Coke or iced tea.
