It’s actually pretty cute if you chose to dine in. I’ve only tried the fire grilled and chicken grilled meat wise and they are definitely superior compared to what I’ve had from a quick service place. I personally recommend the nachos or the bowls. Beans and rice beans, beans and rice. Beans, and rice is nice. I like Cafe Rio but I just come sometimes for the fresh salsa beans and rice. Oh and fresh tortillas to add to my already prepared meat. And for a super quick meal super tasty salsa,

Normally love Cafe Rio, but this last order they got all wrong all around. Ordered at 9pm (hour before closing), went to pick up order and they said they were “out of rice” for the night. So they “added extra beans” instead. Unfortunately it was the wrong kind of beans on top of all of it. Clearly they were closing for the night and didn’t want to make any new batches of anything.
