“Best Gluten-free pizza I’ve had! I’m from the Chicago area and was visiting my sister in AZ, so we had the opportunity to try “Old Chicago” last Friday evening. There was a 35 minute wait. Totally worth the wait! We were seated within the time frame designated. All the staff were friendly and Brandy and Patti were awesome servers! Very personable and attentive. Our table split a big chicken salad, then enjoyed the Tavern Thin Pizza and I had the GF pizza. It really was the best GF crust I’ve had. We did end up taking most of the pizza home to enjoy the next day. Food was great, as was the atmosphere. Very clean. It’s understandable why there is a crowd. Would love to come back here!“

“Visited Ojos Locos on a weeknight, as a 'pre-game' for a nearby concert event.
Greeting at the door was a bit of a surprise, the Staff is dressed (or undressed) to impress. Our Server, Meghan, was ready to bring us all the necessary tacos, cervesa and tequila.
Ice cold beer, Patron and limes were quick to arrive. My wife was also excited about the offering of her favorite beverage, Coke Zero on tap 👍.
Tacos and Spicy Chicken sandwich was delicious. Juicy and lots of yummy sauce!
Check came right on queue and we were out the door in no time. Five minutes to Talking Stick Amphitheatre.“

“The burgers are outstanding. Pricey but quality meat. My bun was a little soggy on the bottom. I was disappointed that they give you a free all American burger for your birthday but in the last year they changed it so you have to eat in. No more take out. If you drink anything besides water then you have the price of the burger. I know times are tough. For 2 burgers it was $40.00. Splurged for my birthday.“

“Visited for food and a game. 3 people in the restaurant/bar requested to have audio of a specific game was told more interest was on another game playing. Asked if that was the workers in the sports betting or the paying audience. Again, only 3 people in the place watching the games. Was told after I challenged who the people are with more interest in the other game is...and then was told we would be able to hear the audio from the game we had interest with. The game began and after some time the audio was not changed...we paid our bill and left. Informed our waiter that we were leaving and unfortunately going to another place to eat and drink. The place lost our business and she lost tips because of the arrogance of the staff in MGM.“

“Failed to mention anywhere on the menu of peanuts in a TOP SIRLOIN steak dish. Brought my significant other for her 21st birthday only to spend the night in the hospital. After leaving the establishment, my party was forced to cover myself and her’s tab of dishes we weren’t able to enjoy due to their negligence as we had to sprint out of the restaurant. It was a memorable night, but for the worse. On what should’ve been a celebration, Red’s/Wigwam turned it into a nightmare. If they were careless from a foundational standpoint to glaze over something as common and as critical in food safety as a peanut allergy (on a dish that wouldn’t been remotely associated with the food group) I cannot imagine what other basic common sense and customer service areas they are lacking on. I wish I had more of a well rounded experience to reflect on, but as abrupt as the experience shifted it’s hard to really say much with what limited time we actually got to spend in the establishment, but from a back half perspective it was definitely far from ideal. Only consolation was that they packed the food (which put her in the hospital) to go for the remainder of the party.

I will say, our waitress Shannon was a sweetheart and this wasn’t her fault, it should be listed on the menu considering the context

UPDATE:
After a call back a couple days later, my experience changed. We were contacted by Isabel, the restaurant manager and she gave us a sincere apology which included a complementary stay at the resort and dinner as well as an update to the menu to protect future allergy sensitive patrons (which is most important) As much one can complain about an experience we had initially higher management resolved the issue to the best of they’re ability and for that I now have a different perspective of the wigwam/Red Allen’s.“

“Great food! Nice selection of sandwiches and burgers and unique options that you don’t normally see on the menu, sports bar atmosphere. I went for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. I’ll go back. My one recommendation is they need a better filter for the tapwater.“

“My dad would drink here every friday in the late 80s/early 90s. He Busted a guys face open at the bar about 91 for stealing tools from his El Camino in the parking lot. He took me in there a few times in the summer when I was real little, definitely a nice place to get away from the heat.“

“I love this restaurant. The food is so good. Sometimes we come here just for this restaurant and not even to gamble. They know how to fry really good here - fried chicken, fried fish, French fries, onion rings. Fried food is hit or miss but they’ve nailed it here. I get the fish and chips every time. My grandma has gotten the chicken tacos and the seafood pasta bowl, those are fantastic. My only complaint is the water here tastes very heavily chlorinated, it tastes like straight chemicals. I try to get lemonade but I can still taste the pool water through the lemon and sugar of the lemonade, and through the soda. The water issue is so bad that I actually will bring in my own water next time. We usually end up with the same waitress, I’m sorry I don’t remember her name, she is always kind. This place is clean, food is great, lots of tvs for sports fanatics but we aren’t even big sports fans. We literally come here for the food. Thanks.“

“Went there tonight Friday November 14th to pick up my order and had nothing but issues when I was there last week I had a $40 credit in the system and now today mysteriously it was gone ?? I have placed over 86 orders here and I still have ZERO REWARD POINTS yes a big fat 0 you would think after 86 orders over $30 dollars each time I should be entitled to something but the managers there weren’t willing to help me out she said she couldn’t add a credit in the system but I was told last week that Cassie will be back from vacation and she will add the credit so when the bartender told me I had a credit I was like cool so I go back today and gone .Every time I have issues here things go great after I complain and now it’s like all new people there I tried to use my free 12 inch pizza coupon and the guy told me that’s only good at lunch time ????
