Great service and the food was really good at this location.
First time being there was okay. The service took forever, but the drinks were good. My issue was that I paid with my card and left a $20 bill for a tip. The next day, I got a notification that a 10$ tip had been added. I then remembered that I didn’t write anything on the receipt allowing them to put their own tip.

I ordered online and pick up of a desert chocolate molten lava cake it was over $12 and it was a mini little cake and it took over half an hour to get it

Applebee's Grill + Bar offers a welcoming atmosphere, thanks to exceptional servers who provide respectful and energetic service. Customers are seated right away and the waitress was very nice, courteous, and had a smile. The food was great and fresh and hot. The bourbon street steak was one of the best tasting sirloin steaks. The appetizer sampler, mozzarella sticks, quesadillas, boneless wings, and spinach artichoke dip were delicious. Drinks were refilled. Overall, the service is outstanding, patient, and kind, which makes customers feel welcome.
