Each time I come to this Starbucks, there is a very rude Barista. He doesn’t say hi. He doesn’t smile or laugh. It’s ridiculous. He acts as if he hates his job. I just don’t understand this level of customer service. Sigh.

This Starbucks is a friendly and welcoming place with kind staff who make each visit enjoyable. The drinks are almost always perfect, and the baristas remember regular customers' names and preferences. Customers can work comfortably with chairs, tables, and wifi available. Despite competition from a larger Starbucks nearby, this location holds a special place for many with its excellent service and cozy atmosphere.
