Staff needs more training, more attentive.After 2 people in front of had drinks made wrong i lowered my expectations on getting a decent coffee. More of a 7-eleven coffee vibe here. Location in safeway.*i like Starbucks as traveling the states the consistency is always spot on.

My favorite starbucks! I appreciate how all of the employees who work here have done a phenomenal job of getting to know me... They all know my name and how I take my coffee!! I usually don't even have to say a word cause they almost always have my coffee made by the time I'm up to order! Keep doing a wonderful job, yall! You are my favorite starbucks around here!!

I requested a venti hot oatmilk latte and they made it an Americano which messed the whole order up drink is disgusting I'm so upset. Then the two girls want to have an attitude and be mean like really girls just do your job and have a better attitude. or get a new job don't work with people in customer service if you have none. Super horrible experience!

This is probably the worst Starbucks in the Goodyear/Litchfield area. Upon arrival the cashier didn’t acknowledge us and was having a bit of an attitude while taking our order. Then we were waiting for our drinks for a while until my husband finally just walked up and noticed our drinks had been sitting there for who knows how long. They never said our name. I know it gets busy, but some people just look forward to that one cup of coffee. Do better.

I live in the community and always go to this location never have a good experience but yesterday was my worst experience ever the kid that was taking my order was making obvious facial expressions and turned and looked at the barista and rolled his eyes when I was looking at the menu, I was there with my sister and she noticed him too. I asked for a cold brew coffee with caramel and he stated they didn't have caramel but the customer after me got a coffee with caramel I understand I was ordering multiple drinks for my family but if you don't like your job don't work there and make customers feel uncomfortable from now on I rather drive a couple of more minutes and get the customer service I want.

I don't drink coffee but on occasion I enjoy a java chip. I had a coupon and decided to get myself one, and after waiting awhile seeing how they were pretty busy making others their coffee I patiently waited for my turn.Greeted with such a sad look on the young ladies face had me feeling bad for even buying a coffee.I asked for no whip cream, yeah I knew that was going to be forgotten. But again, why I'm glad to not be a coffee drinker.

We love our neighborhood Starbucks, we frequent this place often, using my gold card taking our laptops, and just enjoying the peace and coffee.
