You wait for your food for 30 minutes in the morning and there is always something missing in the orders.
There's always a whole bunch of kids from the community that are hanging out which is fine sometimes they get loud. I always have to go in and get my food when it's a mobile order because they don't have enough staff to get it out to me. I don't mind that either except I have two children that have applied there and they get told no before that you can get an interview which I don't understand if you're always hiring in your short staffed?
Employees are unable to handle the level of sales. Averaging 5-7 minutes per car in the drive-thru on a random summer Wednesday at 10am. Can't imagine how bad it'll be on a Friday at 9am in Spring when there's actually a lot of people in this area.

McDonald's at Estrella Ranch has improved its location, though prices remain high. The 10 nuggets and fries cost $13, which is considered expensive. The service can be average, with reports of long wait times. While a young manager provided excellent service and made the best quarter pounder, there are also comments about some crew members being pushy and inattentive. When the coffee is brewed properly, it is excellent; however, there are issues with consistency, as some staff pour coffee before it is finished brewing. Accessibility for wheelchair users is good, with convenient parking and sliding glass doors. Despite some issues with billing, rude staff, and slow service, McDonald's offers a decent dining experience overall, although the food quality may not be the best compared to other places.
