Very frustrated with this store! The service/employees are not happy to help ANYONE! Seriously unpleasant! Store hours state that they are open until 9pm...no notation that the dining room is not open! We have now attempted to go for dinner THREE TIMES all well before 9pm and the stinking dinning room is closed. This is just ridiculous! Based on the reviews, Schlotzsky's Deli offers good, hot food and great service. The food is absolutely delicious and always hot. A large ham sandwich was really good and huge, with lots of flavor, meat, olives, and condiments. However, a small smoked turkey sandwich was dry and blah with not much meat. The Cinnabon rolls looked delicious and filled the lobby with a wonderful smell. The service is all around the best, with friendly and courteous employees who have genuine enthusiasm and perfect attention. The staff, including the manager, is amazing and handled a large last-minute order for 30 people with professionalism, efficiency, and smiles. The restaurant is a must-stop for visitors from places where Schlotzsky's has closed, and the quality is as good as remembered. Customers will definitely be back for more deliciousness and friendly affability.
