Based on the reviews, Schlotzsky's Deli offers good, hot food and great service. The food is absolutely delicious and always hot. A large ham sandwich was really good and huge, with lots of flavor, meat, olives, and condiments. However, a small smoked turkey sandwich was dry and blah with not much meat. The Cinnabon rolls looked delicious and filled the lobby with a wonderful smell. The service is all around the best, with friendly and courteous employees who have genuine enthusiasm and perfect attention. The staff, including the manager, is amazing and handled a large last-minute order for 30 people with professionalism, efficiency, and smiles. The restaurant is a must-stop for visitors from places where Schlotzsky's has closed, and the quality is as good as remembered. Customers will definitely be back for more deliciousness and friendly affability.
