“Food quality has gone down hill. My salad had to be taken back, it looked more than a day old. The replacement was a little better but not by much. Ordered the mussels to start off which I ended up giving back. Grossly over cooked and the sauce they were in was not any sauce I've had there before. My Filet was cooked perfect! The lobster tail was good but don't think the clarified butter was the real deal. Baked potato had been rewarmed don't know how many times, you can tell a fresh baked, and mine was not. I've been to many a Red Lobster before and what I'm seeing and with other restaurants as well, is poorly made food yet the prices keep climbing. We the customers keep these restaurants open and we're being treated as if our taste buds have been taken away. And that we'll continue to accept bad food being served. Maybe if we stop going they'll get the message.“

“I went there yesterday and everyone was very nice. I went there in the morning, and all the staff were very fast. A lady on the drive thru with curly hair she had a great smile and asked how my day was. everyone in there looked like they were working very hard!. I like this starbucks! I would 100% recommend this starbucks.“

Everytime I come in or bring others... they don't want to give you sample cups it seem. They always give you two & when I ask for two more they act as if I'm annoying.
That's the only thing I don't like.“

“It’s a great place to hang out or stop in and grab a cup of coffee or a quick snack. The baristas are friendly and lively as well. It is not a drive thru location but that is what makes it cozy and friendlier.“

“Tried Dutch for the first time in the morning today cuz the line wasn’t crazy for once like I’m used to seeing at other locations! I’m SO happy I did!!!!! The poor cold girl in the drive line with her tablet and mask (👏👏👏) at 7:45 am was so sweet, friendly and personable! I didn’t get her name but she had good lashes 😅 anyway, she greeted me so sincerely, recommended a drink based off my usual Starbucks order, knew how to build it and mentioned/suggested the app to me. I was in the food industry for 10 years and my husband is corporate (fast) food for nearly 15 years now and we are very picky when it comes to customer service. Recently we have been astounded with how horrible everything is any place we go. This visit was a breath or fresh air and this girl was perfection!!!! When 1 car away from the window I had a bit of a wait (though I didn’t mind) due to something with that car ahead of me, I don’t believe it was a Dutch issue. I could see the girl at the window smiling through her mask and being super friendly, it seemed as though she was chatting with a friend but I’m pretty sure it was ‘just a customer.’ When I rolled up she apologized for the wait, double checked my order and told me to “have a beautiful day” before I left. Also did not see her name but she too had great lashes 🤣 I must be PMS-ing but I literally started crying when texting my husband about how impressive and amazing this whole experience was 😂😍 I want to make sure those girls are rewarded or at least aware of the impact they are and can truly make on people and that Dutch knows what assets they have employed there. Thank you SO much and I will DEFINITELY be back soon!!!! PS- my peppermint white mocha something or other with extra espresso shot was delicious and better than Starbucks 😉“

“Ordering from Zheng's was very straight-forward. However, they did not provide an estimate of how long it would take or give me any updates on what was going on with my food. Come on, it's 2024. You need to give us updates on what's going on with our food!
Upon arriving, I was promptly greeted by an employee, and asked my name. There seemed to be a bit of confusion at first, but the employee found my order, and gave it to me.
As for the product itself, I was satisfied by the food quality and quantity itself. They don't give you as much as other Chinese restaurants, and charge you accordingly. However, they did seem to be rather stingy with the meat. They overcompensated that with cheaper ingredients such as onions and peppers.
I will order from Zheng's again due to its close proximity to me, but I will try others to get my fill next time.“
