“Decided to take mom to Red Lobster in Suprise.She ordered the grilled trout which she loved. My husband 's meal was a new York strip cooked to perfection. I had the salmon new Orleans which was also very good. The waitress was very kind and brought mom an ice cream desert and everyone helped sing happy birthday. My mom was smiling from ear to ear. “We make the 30 minute drive just to come to this location! We have a Dutch within minutes of our home, but, it is NOT the same. TYE IS THEEEEEEE VERY BEST! His customer service is TOP TIER!! He truly listens and is so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and very passionate about meeting the customers needs! The entire staff here is superb! Tye has truly touched our hearts and we will ALWAYS make the 30 minute drive to this location for the AMAZING service we receive here! “Its a drive-thru/pick up ONLY location open late, rt. off loop 303, which is great. Easy in and out, very roomy. Wish there were more like these. They are superfast. Great store manager and staff. They know their stuff and consistently provide great products. I am upset with the negative reviews only because of NO BATHROOM. So unbelievably STUPID! There's a SB dine-in locations practically on every corner and plenty of other bathroom options. I want employees to mind making me great coffee and handling my food not having to be contaminating themselves cleaning after disgusting customers messes!“

“Stores always pretty busy, it's also one of the larger ones in the state I believe, the servers are always friendly and they get the coffee out pretty fast. If your gonna come in and chill this is probably one of the best locations to do so in the valley.“
