50 Best Vegetarian Restaurants in Surprise

“I am normally not one to write reviews, however, I feel you may be interested in this feedback. Let me start by saying your food is amazing and the wings are the best I've ever had (and I've had wings everywhere). My wife and I visit the Surprise, Az. location once a week (sometimes twice) and we only sit at the bar. Our bartender's typically are Tiffany Miles, another Tiffany, and Robert. They are fantastic, customer service is impeccable and Tiffany Miles makes a legit White Russian. We love this location and their staff. Recently, they have introduced a 6pm chant that is a little annoying and distracting. As I'm sure this is a corporate decision, this particular location is basically in the retirement community of Sun City and we like our peace and quiet time. Now that our kids are grown, we stopped going to the Texas Roadhouse next door, because of their busy, annoying atmosphere. Stick to what you all do well: Great food, tremendous value, exemplary service, and a relaxing bar. The only reason I gave the atmosphere a low rating is because of the ridiculous 6pm nonsense! OY, OY, OY!!! (See how annoying that is).“

“Just had a fantastic take-out order for lunch. Tandoori Shrimp, vegetable spring rolls, papadams, and Kashmiri naan. The food was hot and delicious. Generous portions for a fair price. Sam is a pleasant, humble man who is always a pleasure to chat with. Don't miss getting the great food from Haldi Indian Cuisine, Surprise. Can't wait to go back!“

“Without sending me your money, I will be teaching few persons how to earn $10,000- $40,000 within a week. Ask me HOW“

“There were 18-20 of us who called for seating. Not only were we accommodated, but truly welcomed approximately 1 hour later. Our server, Josh, went out of his way to make sure our first visit was outstanding. The food was delicious, served in timely fashion and plentiful. Thank you Josh & staff for such a great experience. We highly recommend Rio Mirage in Surprise, AZ.“

“Awesome job on the meatball sandwich! Great, friendly fast service!“

“These boys at Luckys’s pizza in surprise were so precious! they made sure my food was all there, interacted with Ellyott and were so polite and adorable!!! Food was delicious but the customer service is why i’ll return 😍“

“This was our first time ordering from Papa Murphy's and we'll definitely be back. We ordered the cowboy pizza minus the olives and it was made correctly and on time. When I walked in I wasn't sure where to pick up the pizza, but the staff helped direct me to the right place. It was really busy since it was Christmas Eve but staff was welcoming and helpful. The pizza was delicious too!!“

“Every dish I have tried hits the spot! I was raised eating authentic Mexican food at home and this place does it for me. Love the staff and the atmosphere. It’s always pretty full so be patient! I’m not the only one that thinks this place is awesome :)“

“Decided to take mom to Red Lobster in Suprise. She ordered the grilled trout which she loved. My husband 's meal was a new York strip cooked to perfection. I had the salmon new Orleans which was also very good. The waitress was very kind and brought mom an ice cream desert and everyone helped sing happy birthday. My mom was smiling from ear to ear. Thanks to Red Lobster for a great meal and to Tanya for her great service“

“we have been out here in AZ for 16 years from Chicago. there is no other pizza we choose Deno's is the place. Never scrimps. Great sausage, only thin crust no other crust choices , thin crust cut in squares, the real way. their beef sandwiches are great ,piled high with lots of beef get more gravy on the side. Fries, ex excellent.. they are the real deal. have small dining area tables, go up and order your food they bring to you. self serve soda, you can also byob here. been going here many years , down home real chi pizza. no other crust offered here, they only make the thin crust piled high . eat in or pick up. not sure if door dash or others . this is the local treasure.“

“clean place and friendly people“

“We have always experienced tasty food over the years 😊“

“Bee is great waitress. I have been watching her for several years when Invisit Surprise. She is pleasant and efficient. I wish there were more like her.“

“Was actually on the way to Texas Roadhouse but I mentioned I'd never been to Longhorn neither had my wife. So we went and I ordered the 22oz longhorn and my lady the 12oz New York strip. We also tried the chicken strips as an appetizer, Parmesean Fries, and Mac and cheese. All deliciously cooked to perfection.
Ordered medium well and got a medium well.
Impressed with our waitress Elizabeth. Attentive and Helpful she was the peak of our Longhorn experience.. the restaurant also has amazing ambiance and comforting atmosphere which had me struggling to stay awake after I had nearly put myself into a food coma.. 10/10 will return.“

“We go to Rich'i every Monday morning for breakfast...have for years. We love the food, their service is excellent, and atmosphere is 100% comfortable. Suzi, our server, is particularly delightful.“

“I go to your restaurant quiet frequently. Yesterday and again today, our server was Tree. She was and is always a delightful wait person. She goes out of her way to make certain that our requests are met. In addition, she is friendly and always knows our names.“

“Loveeee me some Texas Roadhouse! Dustin was our waiter and took time to talk to us about how cute our babies were. I hope hubby tipped him!“

“Bootys has great food and friendly staff. I love their large variety of flavors for the best wings and fish n chips!“

“A lot of good family fun had by all“

“This place is superior to any other open display style restaurant in the area. The hummus is delicious (with many options available), the shawarma chicken is halal - and it is perfect. The Tahini shake blew my mind. It is delicious! Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on this menu. I have ordered bowls, wraps, sandwiches, the pita and the sweet potato fries- you gotta try it all!

Now, hold your seat, because I haven’t described the cleanliness! From the moment you walk in the door, you observe the clean floor, the clean tables, and the clean food display area - where they carefully place ingredients in your bowl, contrary to other open food display restaurants.

Even the quality of the paper bags are superior. And the area behind the counter where bags are stored is neat.

I could go on, but, let me finish by saying the prices are extremely reasonable for quality of the food and the portion size.

Have I convinced you to try it? I am waiting to have a party and have them cater it!!

Happy Hummus!!“

“Omg! Had the shrimp tacos, best I’ve never had! And the spicy pickled carrots are to die for!! I will definitely be a regular customer!“

“Beautiful atmosphere. The food is absolutely AMAZING. The lady that took my pickup order over the phone was very nice & I can’t believe how happy my family is over our meals. We got spaghetti with salad, bread (which is my favorite by the way), meatballs(10/10), and French onion soup! My kids don’t even like onions - yet loved the soup! Seriously give this place a 10/10. Thank you for a wonderful meal with my family.“

“I placed a catering order for Superbowl Sunday. The employees were extremely helpful and nice. My order was ready when I got there. The order came with, baskets, silverware, napkins, serving utensils and even an insulated bag to keep everything nice and hot. the food was fresh and hot all of my guests were very happy and I would not hesitate to order from the Prasada location again.“

“My first visit to this place was a delightful experience. I ordered the mango habanero wings, and they were a perfect blend of flavors. It wasn’t spicy as expected. It was more on the sweeter sauce. It definitely had an Asian fusion flavor like sweet chili sauce. The coating was just right, and there was an ample amount of leftover sauce on the plate, allowing me to savor every bite. However, I didn’t give them a 5-star rating because I prefer my wings extra crispy, and unfortunately, that wasn’t an option online. Despite this minor setback, the wings were a good size for snacking, and I might consider ordering again in the future, but not anytime soon.“

“Really good fresh vegetarian/vegan food.“

“Always good and healthy! Quick & friendly service😎“

“The food is awesome and full of flavor! Large portion sizes. My husband and I have been enjoying their food almost once a week! I’m currently addicted to their salmon. 😋“

“The owner is a miserable and nasty old man. Too many better paces in town. Avoid like the plaque.“

“Always great service! Love the new beef grape leaf special. Great cocktails in the bar too!“

“🥰🥰Soooo Good even though they forget my hash browns I was still happy with the sandwich 🥪“

“Food is always fantastic. Servers are always good, friendly, and have a sense of humor. I highly recommend this place.“

“Good food, ate here a few times. Peter is friendly as are the rest of his staff. Very convenient for the cost.“

“We came to the Tartesso sports park to try them out for the first time. My wife and I bought sopes, a couple of burritos and some tacos. We loved their food and they were really friendly. My wife has been searching for a decent place that makes tripa tacos and this place surpassed her expectations! We highly recommend this business. Everything was delicious!“

“Best decision I’ve made today. I was out by Surprise and wanted pizza. Pizza is a safe food during this pregnancy. So glad I came here. The BEST pizza crust ever. Everything was made to order and fresh. Atmosphere is chill and low key. If I’m ever in this area again I am stopping in for sure.“

“great Mexican style food, the Hard shell tacos are far superior to Taco Bell or Del Taco“

“Just discovered this place near my office. I have visited twice recently for carryout lunch. Both times something different, and both times highly satisfied. Today, however, I have to brag loudly about the Eggplant Parmesan Hoagie - - - - absolutely delicious!!!“

“We go at least once a week and every single visit is a great experience and amazing food. The wait staff is top notch !!“

“Get the pizza and wings! Yum!“

“the food isn’t instant and none of the waiters and or waitresses have their belly sticking out the man likes to hate because he didn’t get exactly as he wanted, the fish wasn’t dry he doesn’t know how to eat it correctly and it comes with multiple things to make sure it’s not a bland meal next time you write a review you should look into what you are saying more then just spreading blatant lies about a company because you are lonely drinking at a bar with a friend! touch grass *kisses*“

“Food was yummy, portions were generous. Great service by Andy!“

“The only tortillas I love!“

“Employee attended me on the spot great customer service & food 🔥🔥🔥🤙🏽“

“First time at this new little neighborhood Thai place I found, super yum! I had the Hawaiian fried rice and it was flavorful, expertly prepared, and piping hot. Huge portions, enough for at least two meals. Will definitely be back!“
