“Decided to take mom to Red Lobster in Suprise.She ordered the grilled trout which she loved. My husband 's meal was a new York strip cooked to perfection. I had the salmon new Orleans which was also very good. The waitress was very kind and brought mom an ice cream desert and everyone helped sing happy birthday. My mom was smiling from ear to ear. “Order was over $200 called one hour after it was supposed to be there. lots of excuses. Never came, ruined a birthday party. No apology or compensation for the fiasco that they created. I wasn't charged but that hardly made up for the disappointment and ruining a party.“

“I came to this establishment when it first opened. I had a horrible experience. Food was cold. Waitress was rude , had an attitude like if you don’t like it go else where. Spoke to a manager and I remember him shrugging his shoulder and said we just opened. Trying to iron out the kinks. I vowed to never come again After yrs. I stopped by. Was craving the grand slam. I was very impressed with the greeting. Food was good and hot. Waitress Erika was outstanding. All staff very attentive. Smiling. Fast service. It made a big difference from my prior visit. “I absolutely LOVE this place ! The food is fantastic ! It’s my new favorite ! I want to go every chance I get I had the BEST breakfast. ! Eggs Benedict. Then the next day I went and I had a waffle The potatoes were so perfect. And the place is very clean. Fast service and everyone was friendly ! Can’t wait to go back. ! “Clean, quick service, good value. Four of us ordered original double burgers, fries, chili cheese hot dog, milk shake, onion rings, and turtle signature custard sundae. It was alll good. Nothing special about teh fry sauce,which they sell in big bottles. The burger was dry and needed sauce of some sort but teen son liked the Freddy’s burger better than In-N-Out.“

“There was a time where the food was not that good. It seemed the cook didnt put much effort. Now the food is delicious. Hot. Flavorful. The loaded potato soup is creamy, not too cheesy nor salty. The chips are crispy. Strawberry lemonade cold and sweet. Fries are crispy from the outside and soft and hot from the inside. I got the 3 for me. Old timers cheesburger. 10.99. Great price and great food. We all have different experiences, mine have been well so I give it a 5. Thanks Chillis!!“

“First time diners here. The tomahawk pork chop was amazing (sauce on the side). We had a minor issue with the other dish, but the Firebirds team handled it immediately. The service from top to bottom was exceptional and appreciated. Our server, Melissa, was able to have conversations with us without being a distraction from the food. Matt, the manager, was genuine in how he solved our issue. It was a fantastic experience and combined w/ the quality of food, we will be back for date night.“

“Raising Cane's from any location is great and always tastes amazing but I have to say this about this location; well done fries are THE BEST and this is the only location in the valley that actually delivers them well done. I've asked at so many locations and they agree, I even see it on the receipt when I ask for it. But, no other location seems to ever actually do it except for this one. Their fries are freaking fantastic when they're well done, no flop, not burned. Just crispy and amazing with their sauce. Thank you for your well done fries and for being the best location we have out here.“

As well the shrimp basket as an appetizer - perfectly cooked shrimp with a light batter. The Meatloaf was just okay; it's great if you're a fan of gravy. “This place is always clean and the staff is always friendly and kewl. They serve fast paced, beautifully plated delicious food. I recommend always getting blueberry tres leches pancakes topped with powdered sugar, strawberries in sauce with whipped cream. You won't even need syrup but it's sooo good with it. I like to get those with a Big Steak Omelette and coffee. It's like the ultimate anytime meal. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert all rolled into one meal and you can get it to go. NOICE!“
