“Clean, quick service, good value. Four of us ordered original double burgers, fries, chili cheese hot dog, milk shake, onion rings, and turtle signature custard sundae. It was alll good. Nothing special about teh fry sauce,which they sell in big bottles. The burger was dry and needed sauce of some sort but teen son liked the Freddy’s burger better than In-N-Out.“

“Was actually on the way to Texas Roadhouse but I mentioned I'd never been to Longhorn neither had my wife. So we went and I ordered the 22oz longhorn and my lady the 12oz New York strip. We also tried the chicken strips as an appetizer, Parmesean Fries, and Mac and cheese. All deliciously cooked to perfection.

That manager and hostess were so gracious, delightful, and welcoming that I felt a foreign feeling (a restaurant that truly honored and cared about their customers) what a way to make your customers feel special! We were taken to the table with a nice anniversary card signed by all the staff and our waitress, Taylor, should get a raise for her incredible service throughout our entire meal. She was on top of it, making sure all went well, and it did! I usually don't refer to other local restaurants, but Coppershawk, you should take lessons! It's very rare these days that both food and service are 5 starts, last night it was! I recently visited Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers in Surprise, Arizona, and want to recognize two exceptional employees, Ms. Hannah (General Manager) and Mr. Ken, for providing outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived until I left, I felt welcomed, respected, and genuinely appreciated. The food was excellent, but the people made this visit especially memorable.

Ms. Hannah demonstrated outstanding leadership, professionalism, and attention to detail. She personally ensured my order was prepared properly, showing that she genuinely cares about food quality and customer satisfaction. The chicken fingers were perfectly cooked, golden brown on the outside, tender on the inside, and delicious. The French fries were equally impressive, with excellent flavor and the perfect crunch. Everything was prepared just right!

What impressed me most was Ms. Hannah’s personal involvement and willingness to go the extra mile. She did more than oversee the restaurant; she made sure I had a great experience. Her dedication reflects the qualities of an exceptional General Manager.

I also want to recognize Mr. Ken for his outstanding hospitality. When I arrived, he opened the door for me, demonstrating courtesy and respect. While I waited for my food, he ensured my table was spotless and ready. When I departed, he opened the door for me again. These gestures may seem small, but they demonstrate genuine hospitality, awareness, and professionalism. Mr. Ken made me feel like a valued guest throughout my visit.

As a retired United States Air Force veteran who proudly served our country for more than two decades, I also want to personally thank Mr. Ken for his service in both the United States Marine Corps and the United States Army. From one veteran to another, I sincerely appreciate your service, sacrifice, and commitment to our country. It was an honor to meet you. Your service is recognized and appreciated, and I thank you for continuing to demonstrate professionalism and respect in your work.

The entire Raising Cane’s team deserves recognition for their teamwork, hard work, and positive attitude. The restaurant maintained a welcoming atmosphere, and the team worked together to deliver quality food and excellent customer service. While Ms. Hannah and Mr. Ken stood out, the entire team contributed to this outstanding experience.

As a retired Air Force veteran, I value discipline, teamwork, respect, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. I witnessed those qualities firsthand during this visit. It is refreshing to see employees who take pride in their work and understand that how customers are treated is just as important as the food they receive.

Raising Cane’s should be proud to have employees like Ms. Hannah and Mr. Ken representing the company. Ms. Hannah’s leadership and commitment to food quality, combined with Mr. Ken’s courtesy and genuine hospitality, made this visit exceptional. Great food brings customers through the door, but outstanding employees and memorable service make them want to return.
