I recently visited Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers in Surprise, Arizona, and want to recognize two exceptional employees, Ms. Hannah (General Manager) and Mr. Ken, for providing outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived until I left, I felt welcomed, respected, and genuinely appreciated. The food was excellent, but the people made this visit especially memorable.

Ms. Hannah demonstrated outstanding leadership, professionalism, and attention to detail. She personally ensured my order was prepared properly, showing that she genuinely cares about food quality and customer satisfaction. The chicken fingers were perfectly cooked, golden brown on the outside, tender on the inside, and delicious. The French fries were equally impressive, with excellent flavor and the perfect crunch. Everything was prepared just right!

What impressed me most was Ms. Hannah’s personal involvement and willingness to go the extra mile. She did more than oversee the restaurant; she made sure I had a great experience. Her dedication reflects the qualities of an exceptional General Manager.

I also want to recognize Mr. Ken for his outstanding hospitality. When I arrived, he opened the door for me, demonstrating courtesy and respect. While I waited for my food, he ensured my table was spotless and ready. When I departed, he opened the door for me again. These gestures may seem small, but they demonstrate genuine hospitality, awareness, and professionalism. Mr. Ken made me feel like a valued guest throughout my visit.

As a retired United States Air Force veteran who proudly served our country for more than two decades, I also want to personally thank Mr. Ken for his service in both the United States Marine Corps and the United States Army. From one veteran to another, I sincerely appreciate your service, sacrifice, and commitment to our country. It was an honor to meet you. Your service is recognized and appreciated, and I thank you for continuing to demonstrate professionalism and respect in your work.

The entire Raising Cane’s team deserves recognition for their teamwork, hard work, and positive attitude. The restaurant maintained a welcoming atmosphere, and the team worked together to deliver quality food and excellent customer service. While Ms. Hannah and Mr. Ken stood out, the entire team contributed to this outstanding experience.

As a retired Air Force veteran, I value discipline, teamwork, respect, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. I witnessed those qualities firsthand during this visit. It is refreshing to see employees who take pride in their work and understand that how customers are treated is just as important as the food they receive.

“Was really excited to try Portillo's after having enjoyed true Chicago street food. Portillo's did not disappoint! The Chicago style hot dogs were true to form with tons of flavor and that perfect snap that is hard to duplicate. The beefs were also tasty. Fries were perfect! The atmosphere is fun, plenty of room, very easy to navigate. Highly recommended!“

“It seems the drive up order spaces got smaller since my last visit. There was no room for both my side mirrors. I watched a mini Cooper driver unsure of the fit. There was a backed up drive thru. I would give 5 stars for ease of ordering. I love the variety that Sonic offers and still fairly reasonable prices. We got the double corn dog and double cheeseburger meals so we could mix. Food should have been fresher and the server took my order to the wrong car, but he was probably new and it was awfully hot outside so I made sure to tip extra anyway.“

“First time customer visiting from Missouri. Had never heard of this place before but only needed to hear one word - “lobster”. Got a warm lobster roll and it hit the spot! Wish we had these in Missouri!“

“I love the Cobb salad here, it's one of my favorite fast food healthy meals! The milkshakes are to die for as well. The kids meals come with a cute little fruit snack which my girls love. I rated the service on the low side because it's tablet (digital) ordering, which in my perception decreases the customer service. I like to speak to a person when I order. They also have a patio with misters which is nice when it's warm.“

“Another great experience! Staff is always pleasant here. While we were in line we watched a team member interact with a little boy that clearly had speech difficulties. She handled the situation with grace, the smile that little boy had on his face after his interaction was priceless.“

“I stopped going to McDonald's. Started coming to this spot and the staff so friendly and actually acknowledge you when your walk into to the restaurant. That's pretty much unheard of these days. “I had such a wonderful experience at Arby’s thanks to Sylvia! She is genuinely one of the sweetest people and provided the kind of customer service you don’t always see anymore. Kindness is free, and she truly showed that.

My kids were screaming in the car while I was going through the drive-thru, and Sylvia had the most patience and understanding. She was so friendly and made what could have been a stressful moment feel easy.

I also realized I forgot to order Mac & Cheese, so I went inside, and once again Sylvia’s customer service was outstanding, as well as the man working front of house, I didn't catch his name. Both were helpful, kind, and just had such a positive attitude.

“We came to the Tartesso sports park to try them out for the first time. My wife and I bought sopes, a couple of burritos and some tacos. We loved their food and they were really friendly. My wife has been searching for a decent place that makes tripa tacos and this place surpassed her expectations! We highly recommend this business. Everything was delicious!“

“I’ve had the chance to experience both the drive-thru and dining inside, and each visit has been consistently pleasant. The staff is friendly, the food is always fresh, and the restaurant is kept very clean. Great service all around!“

“I went here on a Friday night and expected it to be a little busy, but this was crazy when I showed up at 8pm. The line was almost to the soda machine when I walked in. Melinda (I believe that was her name) was a beast in all the best ways! She was friendly and polite to every customer, not rushing them as she moved the line along like it was nothing. It only took a couple a minute for me to get up to the front. All the staff was on point and working like a well oiled machine! The food was good (for panda) and fresh. I will definitely be going back to this location get my panda fix!“

“This is a great addition to this part of town. Sometimes you just want teriyaki chicken bowl and just can’t get them anywhere. At least not good ones. Well, those days are over. The teriyaki chicken bowl is kind of my go to, but as an added bonus, the spicy tuna rolls are fantastic. I love them. I don’t know why people don’t like them. Not sure what that’s about but I think they’re great and the vegetable eggrolls are fresh and very tasty and plus they have all of the sauces all of the things that you need. One thing though they do need to fix their Jamaica and Horchata machine. Place is always clean and the staff is always very friendly. I’m a fan.“

“There are a lot of ingredients for pizzas and salads that you chose to be on your pizza or in you salads. If they don't put enough of the items that you want, just tell them to put more. I have been to a few different Mod Pizzas, but I don't remember the crust being so thin that after it is baked, it's more like a tortilla chip. I didn't like that. 👎 They have sodas, a variety of teas and 2 different kinds of lemonades that are self-serve serve, which is good.“

She explained how everything works for the allergies as I have many allergies which makes it difficult to eat out and even complimented me. “I went this morning to the grand opening the line was moving decently fast by the time I got up front and ordered my food it was around 6:58ish (they open at 6:30) I went up the owners wife and expressed to her that she could give my food away to an employee or someone else because I was going to be late to work which I was by 5 mins. But she was so kind and reassured that she’s have my food out asap which she did. The whole staff was super friendly and the owners wife, I didn’t get her name was so sweet to go out her way to try and get my food out to me faster. I ended up giving it away because they did mess up my order (I asked for no cheese and they added it) but honestly the whole experience overall was great so it’s alright. Thank you chick fil a for not getting me in to much trouble with my boss lol he was very great ful for the free goodies!“

“The bread isn't great but everything else is good. My family eats here all the time and we absolutely love it. It's like a real treat for us. We get the brownies and share them because they're so big. I'm really happy with the quality of the food other than the bread, which is actually pretty good for southwestern or mid-western bread.
