They where training a new cashier and I was sitting down. she told the trainee that people come here after work try and make it the best part of their day
Food is always fresh
Wendy's used to be one for the premier fast food options with fresher food and portions and taste that actually tasted better than it's competitors. Seems like a race to the bottom the last year with quality of food, service and store cleanliness and welcoming feel all going down.
Wendy's has devolved into a midtier option at best. Used to be something I looked forward too and now it is just another option in the long line of over processed and poorly managed fast food chains.

Wendy's is a clean and inviting restaurant with friendly staff who provide good customer service. The team at this location, especially the young lady and gentlemen working there, are often phenomenal and remember online to-go orders, making the experience exceptional. The restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness, freshness, and quality service, despite occasional issues. The orange Frosty remains a highlight, and the new Frosty flavor is a standout. However, some inconsistencies occur, such as food portions and order accuracy. For example, cheese fries are sometimes served with insufficient fries, and orders may be mixed up, like a chicken sandwich with no chicken. The family bathroom may need some attention, but the overall experience is positive, with staff doing a great job in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
