They're opening up a new location in verrado and one in Goodyear which are a bit closer to our home and I can't wait till they open. “I dealt with a terrible to go service person which totally made me not want to ever come back here. Then Robert helped me and changed my perspective of this place. I will be coming back, I love these wings especially the hot honey and lemon pepper mixed together.

Please please please talk with your take out service person because she needs help when it comes to customer service. I except to be helped when I arrive at that desk, I shouldn’t have to wait until you finish your conversation with another crew member to be helped !“

“I have to say. Everytime I stop by I am impressed! Very clean, fast service and hot food. I am always greeted with a warm smile when I come to visit. Teresa is so helpful when I can't decide what I want to order and when I have questions she is very patient with me and answered all my questions with kindness. Teresa is one of a kind, she is a very harder worker. I see her doing so many things at once and I'm just like wow! Her and her team are doing a wonderful job. They sure know how to get the job done. “Was really excited to try Portillo's after having enjoyed true Chicago street food. Portillo's did not disappoint! The Chicago style hot dogs were true to form with tons of flavor and that perfect snap that is hard to duplicate. The beefs were also tasty. Fries were perfect! The atmosphere is fun, plenty of room, very easy to navigate. Highly recommended!“

“I love the Cobb salad here, it's one of my favorite fast food healthy meals! The milkshakes are to die for as well. The kids meals come with a cute little fruit snack which my girls love. I rated the service on the low side because it's tablet (digital) ordering, which in my perception decreases the customer service. I like to speak to a person when I order. They also have a patio with misters which is nice when it's warm.“

“It seems the drive up order spaces got smaller since my last visit. There was no room for both my side mirrors. I watched a mini Cooper driver unsure of the fit. There was a backed up drive thru. I would give 5 stars for ease of ordering. I love the variety that Sonic offers and still fairly reasonable prices. We got the double corn dog and double cheeseburger meals so we could mix. Food should have been fresher and the server took my order to the wrong car, but he was probably new and it was awfully hot outside so I made sure to tip extra anyway.“

“Mercedes T is the absolute best at what she does for her job!! From the get-go of us walking in through the door she greeted us with a big and warm smile. She explained how everything works for the allergies as I have many allergies which makes it difficult to eat out and even complimented me. She personally prepped my food to ensure all safety precautions were taken. I felt very safe eating here as she took very great care of me. God bless you Mercedes T and continue to radiate that lovely bubbly energy!! 🫶

“Came inside was greeted by a woman named Tosha, she was extremely nice and helpful to me as she took my order. Our food was great! The kids were very happy with their crowns 👑 to color! Tosha made all my children smile and have a good outing that day. Thank you for great service! We will definitely be back.“

“No food. Hands off check in and check out. Quaint room but both beds had mattresse s that definately rolled to one side. No extra toilet paper. Note on check in paper said calling or texting owner wouldnt do any good. I guess it would be from no phone service.“

“This is THE best burger king experience I have ever had! The service was great, way more than I expected. The food (#1 with cheese) was perfect and the dining area and bathrooms were spotless! This is alot more than I expected from a fast food/burger joint.“

“I stopped going to McDonald's. Started coming to this spot and the staff so friendly and actually acknowledge you when your walk into to the restaurant. That's pretty much unheard of these days. Everyone behind the counter if makes eye contact will smile. They keep the inside very clean and the seats are so comfortable to sit in. Good job!!!“

“Usually very busy. but what surprising most of all, I ordered at 2:00 in the morning from doordash. they kept my driver (as well as myself) waiting for 45 minutes to make a burger. sounds crazy. that's acceptable even if I went there to drive through and picked it up myself. I'm sure my doordash driver has better things to do then wait around for a stinking Burger. Upon receiving my order, the lettuce on the burger was brown on the edges. and the tiny tacos were cold.“
