“Never fresh made, always cold with unmelted cheese on the burgers... cashier doesn't listen to your order and when you ask about your fries the manager says you never ordered them...and you order a milkshake with a dollar off coupon and ask if you can order a large at full price if l could still get the dollar off the large shake he tells me he'll do it for me this time in a snotty voice but only this time... It looks like you need to retrain some of your employees... Other than that, I Love Culver's...?“

“This was our first time in. We were sat quickly, the hostess was very friendly and we had Drake as our server. We felt very welcome right from the start. The menu was very overwhelming but Drake helped navigate and patiently answered all our questions even though he seemed busy with other tables. In the end he helped us build a “boil bag” which exceeded our expectations. What a unique restaurant, it was very fun to get to eat with our hands right there on the table. We will definitely be back again to try the rest of the menu and we will be asking for Drake again. This was the best service we have had in Surprise, I hope management here knows what a gem they have. This was also the best seafood we have had in Arizona.“
“Order was over $200 called one hour after it was supposed to be there. lots of excuses. Never came, ruined a birthday party. No apology or compensation for the fiasco that they created. I wasn't charged but that hardly made up for the disappointment and ruining a party.“
“My husband and i frequently go to Habit, for their amazing food. Today, I ordered a delicious, teriyaki, chicken sandwich with a slice of pineapple, it was so delicious! “I've been coming to Tailgaters for more than 13 years and have always enjoyed the experience. The food is usually good. This time I ordered boneless wings to go. When I got home the "wings" were balls of chicken meat, smaller than a ping pong ball, tough to chew and there were no carrots or celery sticks. Hence the 2 stars for the food.“

“I ordered through Uber eats, and this location got all my food correct and added condiments I forgot to ask for. It was also packaged and sealed neatly in a box. I’m pretty impressed by whoever handled the order.Update: It's been 5 years since my last review. This location is still great. Prices are a bit high, which makes tipping harder, but that's on Sonic, not this location. The main manager guy that's there most nights I visit is always so friendly and makes sure everyone is taken care of. All the employees are friendly. Great work!“
“Always fast, friendly, fresh, clean, and delicious! Gluten friendly options though I was told not necessarily gluten free all the way. We are celiac and do not have issues with our gluten free orders. Been coming here since they opened and every visit is consistently positive.
