“One of the best things that can show up in my mailbox, other than someone sending me a check, is when a far too infrequent page of Culver's coupons finally comes back around. The double deluxe butter burger is so good I actually don't really remember much else about the menu, other than that there's a mushroom Swiss option, the fries are good, and a kind of overwhelming amount of toppings for creamed ice. There is no other fast food burger that I want anymore except in and out, which with usual pricing is probably the best deal in fast food BUT with the coupon the double deluxe butter burger is the best deal in fast food, with honorable mention for the 2 for 1 cement mixers, which are sugar and I should not eat. My dad lives where there is no Culvers and wants it now basically every time he is in town. Also, in this area there aint much out here so it's good luck this is actually the place I'm closest to.“

“Big shoutout to the area manager Sean. I had an olinrle for delivery order where I wanted a strawberry shake so bad. They have the best shakes. When my order got here the shake was nowhere to be found and it wasn't even on the yellow receipt which I am guessing it was sent to another kiosk to be made and both the worker and driver forgot to confirm. I was HIGHLY upset. Called the store but had to leave a message. Called the feedback line and her service was horrible. Sean received my voicemail and called me right back. He was very kind and apologized for the mishap. His customer service was extremely great and I can see why he is the area manager. I received a gift card and he processed a full refund of my $78. I ordered through the store site and they used Doordash so I am still waiting on that refund but with customer service like that I am no longer upset. I went here once before in person the week before and everyone was nice there as well. Just don't forget the drinks please!“

“For a busy Sunday morning we did not have to wait to be seated. We had a good amount of time to talk before the food came out, which was nice. The food tasted good. The only thing I did not like was the ketchup. The ketchup had a strong vinegar taste but my meal was delicious.“
