WE LOVE this place - food choices, service, staff smiles - but NOT today. First time we ever had a BAD Cod dinner. My fish was dry, over cooked and tough. My husbands was cold. Have been patrons in both IL and AZ for almost 20 years & this was a first. Granted it was Good Friday and they were crazy busy - but no excuse on tis one...a BIG disappointment.
Verbally attacked by an unstable tall blonde older woman employee while minding my own business & correcting a financial mistake they made on my order. She kept coming back in my personal space grabbing at my receipt even after being asked not to harass me several times, while I was simply standing there getting a refund from someone else. The food was terrible. Couldn’t get the fries correct. Onion rings burnt beyond edible. The tenderloin was tough as boot leather.
