Never fresh made, always cold with unmelted cheese on the burgers... cashier doesn't listen to your order and when you ask about your fries the manager says you never ordered them...and you order a milkshake with a dollar off coupon and ask if you can order a large at full price if l could still get the dollar off the large shake he tells me he'll do it for me this time in a snotty voice but only this time... This was our first time trying Culver's and it was delicious! The staff was awesome and brought us our food quickly. We tried a few different burgers and sides and they were all good.Deluxe Double ButterBurger: This was our favorite sandwich! The bun was buttery and soft while the patties were crispy and juicy.
