Haven’t been to a Carls Jr in years! I went through the drive thru where I was greeted by a pleasant voice from Delilah. I asked her to give me some time since I was not familiar with their menu. I asked about the avocado bacon, Angus burger. She said it was popular, and that she personally liked it. I asked what was in it she very professionally and kindly described all the ingredients. The GM was working, she was nice and engaging. My cashier was young but competent. I asked my 8 year old daughter to get her shake, but she was shy. They took the time to engage with her and make her laugh.
