“Beautiful atmosphere. The food is absolutely AMAZING. The lady that took my pickup order over the phone was very nice & I can’t believe how happy my family is over our meals. We got spaghetti with salad, bread (which is my favorite by the way), meatballs(10/10), and French onion soup! My kids don’t even like onions - yet loved the soup! Seriously give this place a 10/10. Thank you for a wonderful meal with my family.“

“My wife Yolanda and I ate here last Friday and she wasn’t sure what to expect, but she was really happy once we got inside. It’s a very nice restaurant — roomy, nice atmosphere, and the wait staff was attentive and on point the whole time. The manager even checked in to make sure everyone was okay. We had the Brussels sprouts, El Capo pizza, Caesar salad, and lasagna alla bolognese — all really delicious. The prices weren’t expensive compared to places like Cooper’s Hawk or Luminati’s. Honestly this place is a lot better. We’ll be back.“

“We go to Rich'i every Monday morning for breakfast...have for years. We love the food, their service is excellent, and atmosphere is 100% comfortable. Suzi, our server, is particularly delightful.“

“Disappointed that at 6 o’clock on a Friday night you were already out of meat sauce. Don’t understand how a restaurant which offers different pasta dishes can run out of sauce. Mostaccioli just wasn’t the same with marinara and 2 small meatballs. Deep dish was “ok”“

“I'm a former resident of Connecticut where u can find the best Pizza restaurants in USA Pepe's, Zuppardi's Apizza, One6Three, Works, etc actually living in AZ but this restaurant in Surprise is the best one so far they could make competition with those in the Northeast, the pizza here is well prepare, quality of ingredients, well done and the affordable price you pay for a delicious pizza to enjoy your palete.“

“We went here last night and everything was amazing. I got a calzone with black olives and onions, and my wife got buffalo chicken rolls. My daughter‘s got pasta and pizza. Everybody was happy and that’s hard to do with my family. But the food was outstanding and the prices were great. The waitress was super friendly and everything was clean and well organized. The picture is of about half of my calzone when I was done eating. That’s how much was left because the calzone was huge and the price was great. I’ve never had a better calzone in Arizona.“
