“I was really happy with my time at the pasta factory. Daniella was an excellent waitress, real sweet and attentive. The food was fantastic we ordered the Penne Arrabbita with Sausage which was delicious and nicely spicy. As well as the Florentine which had a complex combination of subtle flavors that overall led to a very tasty meal. The bread and dip they provided before the meal was fantastic very fresh and combined well.. The restruant itself has a solid Italian vibe that you wouldn't find at a place like Olive Garden. I will definitely be visiting again!“

“I own a restaurant and don’t want to mess with your rating but have to tell someone because it was so bad.

Thur 12th 6:30 - table for 5
-Nice blonde server asks us for order, ordered beers, drinks and appetizers
-10 min received appetizer
-30 min received soda
-45 min still no beer, server comes back out asks what beer again
- 55 min brings one beer out and it’s wrong one we say we are still waiting for other beer and want to order dinner. She says one sec and walks away.
-80 min brings another beer which was not the right one tells us if we order dinner, could be awhile. (It is not busy)
- 90 min we look to try to pay someone so we can leave and go next door in hopes to order dinner.
-95 min she comes with checks, wrong appetizers and wrong beers on check. I pay anyway so we can leave.“

“We checked in at 4:20 p.m. on a Saturday and were told by the hostess that it would be a 30-45 minute wait because they had started holding tables for dinner reservations. Several tables were empty, so it did not make sense why we couldn't be sat. After waiting approximately 15 minutes the hostess asked if we could be done by 6 p.m. since that is when the table was needed. We told the hostess we had two small children and were quick. We were finally sat. The service from the server was great. We noticed several tables were not bussed, and the table outside near the front of the business was not. It is not the visual appeal a restaurant should have. I shared my experience with the manager, Juan, who was so gracious and took responsibility. It seemed strange that a hostess would be turning away business like that when it was obvious people would be able to get in and out before the "6 p.m. reservation time." Besides the experience of checking in, the food and service were great. I am happy with how the manager, Juan, addressed my concern and trust that he handled it appropriately.“

“I really love Olive Garden, but they really need to reevaluate their chicken supplier.... I'm sure they all use the same supplier but this particular location must be my bad luck location. Several times I've had grilled chicken with my entrée and the texture and bite is not good. Like biting through a sausage or hotdog casing. Our service was awesome, so I didn't cause a scene. I guess just no more chicken add on for me!“

“We had such a lovely time. Food was amazing. We had the Godfather Pizza and Chicken Alfredo. Finished off with Canolli. So yummy. Service was excellent. We set on the patio. Perfect date spot.

Parking: Parking is available west of the restaurant but the lot is pretty tight. Street parking may be a better option for larger vehicles, when available.“

“We love this place and have been here numerous times. Recently, I tried their new menu item, the ham and Swiss cheese sandwich. It was awesome, served toasted with lots of ham and cheese on a big bun. They put a light vinegarette on top that is the perfect match.

“My husband & I have been to Olive Garden Glendale many times in the past and always enjoyed the food, the ambiance, and the employees. This time we came to celebrate our 23rd anniversary and we were greeted by our server, Kiah. Best server ever! She was so attentive, very friendly, very professional, and really added to our experience. We laughed together - but she was also respectful of our celebration, and gave my husband & I space to enjoy the food and each other. Next time we come, we will certainly ask to be seated in her area. At the end of our meal, DJ, the General Manager, came by our table to make sure that we enjoyed the food. We sure did - but we also raved about Kiah. DJ was wonderful!, very friendly and appreciative. Thank you Kiah and DJ - you made us feel like royalty. Highly recommend Olive Garden Glendale. When you arrive, ask for Kiah! She will make certain that your experience is awesome.“

“Always amazing food! One of my long time favorite places! This location is quieter than Surprise or Glendale and I love that too!
I highly recommend the steak and blue salad, the chicken artichoke heart calzone, the pasta valducci and their BBQ pizza with extra sauce!! Best bread starter ever too!

“This is my favorite Barro’s location in Phoenix the pizza is, and pardon what may seem like an exaggeration, literally ALWAYS cooked to perfection. I have never gotten a bad pizza from them the bottom is cooked perfectly, dough is cooked through perfectly, the edges have cheese cooked perfectly and the surface is perfectly melted without any burnt cheese. I LOVE this location.

“Our go to for wings for 20 years. Awesome family run establishment that takes pride in the food and service they offer. A great example of this was a couple of weeks ago I went to pick up my phone order of wings and some how they gave my order to someone else. They apologized, fixed it and got me on my way asap. It was an honest mistake but it was the way they handled it and this is why we keep coming back. It's the neighborhood joints like this that I love to support.“

“This review comes late but we wanted to thank everyone at Barros for their incredible kindness and great service. My grandson graduated in May and Barros allowed us to reserve some tables for his after party. The manager called me as I was leaving my seat at the graduation and asked if it was close to being over because he wanted to put our order in so it was nice and hot! When we got there we were greeted by 2 waitresses thst were happy to serve us, Help us decorate and really enjoyed their job and waiting on us. The food and service was superb and the party was perfect to celebrate our grandson with our large crazy family. “We've tried almost every pizza place in and around Buckeye and they have been the worst that we've ever had. Even Rosoti's pizza whom I grew up with in Illinois was not good. I may be a bit critical coming from the Chicago area, but if you're going to advertize a meal, then it should taste and have the ingredients of a proper recipe. The pizza here at Garden pizza in the best I've had in the western burbs. It's not some corporate recipe the is never prepared right by a bunch of kids. It's all prepared by hand and by carring family members. The pizza here is very good and has a great flavor, not to mention the other items offered.“

“I ordered a xl pizza and 24 wings online and was blown away on the deal they give you under 40 dollars. I even added 2 toppings. Pizza was piping hot and fresh & Tasty. Wings were perfect. Sauce was awesome. Staff was helpful. The 2 guys cooking in the kitchen make a good pie.“
