“This place is a staple for us anytime we go out to Lake Pleasant. Honestly, even if we are not actually going to the lake, we will still go out of our way to stop here if we are even remotely close. It has become one of those places we just look forward to.
The burgers are great, and the service has always been really good every time we have been in. Everyone we have met there, from the staff to other people stopping in, has always been friendly and easygoing. It has a comfortable, local, lake-day kind of feel that makes you want to come back.
They have plenty of parking for boats and trailers, which makes it so much easier when you are coming from or heading to the lake. They also have outdoor seating, which is nice, but after a hot day out on Lake Pleasant, that cold AC inside feels amazing.
The place has been around for a long time, and you can tell it has a lot of history with the lake crowd. I also like looking at the pictures of all the nice catches over on the bait shop side. It is just a solid, dependable spot with good food, good service, and a great lake atmosphere.“

“We order takeout from this location frequently. The food is always good, fresh, and delicious! I only wish they offered more dishes, but the specials usually add good variety. I’m able to find lots of different foods that suit my dietary restrictions, and their crispy tofu tastes better than a lot of other takeout chicken.“

“Bought tickets for bull riding. Looked online where Google said we could take our 12 week old puppy. Upon arrival we were turned around and not let in. This is just a warning...Google lies. This establishment is NOT pet friendly and I didn't get a refund for our tickets. Lesson learned.“

Came in while my car was next store getting an oil change, I’ve had their pizza before usually take out but I sat at the bar and was met with the best service I have experienced in a restaurant in a long time!! I was having a pretty rough day and the staff absolutely turned it around! I came in and my phone was almost dead, the staff got me a changer, offered me ideas for the pizza and the sweet kitchen staff brought me a cookie skillet on the house while making me laugh and just was so warm and welcoming!! Could not recommend this place more !!“

I don’t remember our waitresses name last time we went but she was amazing! This last time that we went, Cesar was our waiter and he was excellent! Barro’s on Cave Creek Rd is very supportive of local school groups like our high school band, and always willing to host a restaurant night to help us out. “The Barro's on Dove Valley, in the Fry's shopping center is FAR superior to the one in Anthem. This one puts plenty of toppings on, and the Anthem store hardly puts ANY on, even when you order extra! I will be coming to the Dove Valley Barro's from now on!“

This chain has always been a must go visit when my partner is with me.
They have fresh bagels and buns, and you can buy them to go and freeze them or eat them as you like.
They sell their own cream cheese spread too.
Staff was super friendly and welcoming here.

The wait is a bit - 5-10 minutes but worth it if you plan for it and want to get the quality.
It was fairly clean.
The parking lot was smaller here but manageable. Came around ten am on a Tuesday.

They seem to have a good selection of tasty sandwich options.
I like the little outdoor patio in the shade. Would be a great place to pull out a book or do some writing while enjoying a tasty sandwich.

“This place is absolutely delicious we first found a location while Nevada but when we found one closer to home we didnt hesitate to make the drive and stop for lunch. Absolutely worth every penny. If you're in town this is a must stop in my opinion. We got the Loco coco and katsu chicken curry“

“This was my first time at Cafe Rio. A friend and I went for lunch on afternoon. She suggested that I try this place for lunch. She had said it was similar to Chipotle. Yes, its similar and yet has a different vibe on the inside and the food has a different flavor. There are different options in meats and toppings. I ordered the Build your own bowl. I really like what I ordered. You have the option to add more protein ect. I ordered the horchata drink. My friend has been there many times she ordered the enchilada style burrito. I ordered the chips and green salsa. You mush try the green salsa . It was very good great flavor. My friends food looked delicious. We enjoyed our lunch. We had a good time at Cafe Rio.❤️✨️🙌“
