“First time going to Trappers and the experience was fantastic. First thing I noticed is how clean the place was, and no "fishy" smell. Seated right away at 5:30pm. So much to choose from. Drinks at happy hour are half price. Everything was presented beautifully on black dishes. Delicious Gyoza. Waitress- Saige- was friendly and knowledgeable. All of the sushi was fresh and delicious.“

The customer service is always amazing. They also keep it nice and cool inside against the hot AZ heat. I don't have one bad thing to say about this place!“

Good side portions and good pricing.I went with 2 family members for dinner and we had two appetizers and 5 rolls and had to get a to go box.If you are looking for an authentic sushi place I would highly recommend coming here. Service was fast and the staff is very attentive!“
“It's a very cute little space and the service is excellent! I will say, I've definitely spent equal money for better quality, but I was not upset at the overall expirience. The black rice is delicious! Definitely reccomend their signature echo tower and the sashimi is very fresh. Unfortunately the sashimi outshined their rolls and we started with the sashimi. We will be back, but just for the sashimi and appetizers.“
“Pretty darn good food, nice table and bar, clean bathrooms. Like other reviewers said, the service is a little slow. We were there with maybe 4 other people in the restaurant. My 2 friends got their plate that they shared, I had to wait another 10 minutes or so for mine. But I enjoyed every bite once I got it.“

“I live all the way in Seattle Washington where we have many wonderful sushi shops and this sushi shop is so good it’s existence has reached me way up here through friends who frequent the area every year. I am finally traveling to Phoenix with them and look forward to eating here frequently during my stay.
