“We've been searching for a sushi spot after relocating from Alaska and we sure were not disappointed! Rolls are fresh and delicious! Service was very friendly and often. Food came out at a reasonable pace! We will definitely be returning. Roll size was larger than I expected for the price; very good value! Small spot but only had a short wait.“

Open until 9 (but with a late afternoon intermission where they are sadly closed). Know what to expect and you will have a good time here.“

“They are pretty good, but lately the food hasn't been as tender. I think their portion side is wonderful and the shrimp is always tender but the chicken has been a little tough. Such a nice place to get to go from!!!! The veggies are always tender and delicious with a fair price for their food! Eggrolls are yummy as well!“

“Not only is this place the absolute best - the food is amazing (get their bento box!), the people are SO friendly, they've literally never messed up a single order (and I go here a TON) AND they sell asian snacks at the front desk which is SUPER cute. Try the strawberry crunch pocky! I love this place. They literally bend over backwards for their customers, and whoever the amazingly sweet front desk girl is - thank you for being so kind and making my doordash/uber orders so special with nice notes. “Ordered online to pick up. Order was done right in time. We got the Orange Chicken Bento Box and a salmon sushi roll. Everything tasted great, really fresh , good portions. The ladies were also super nice and accommodating as we decided to eat there. 10/10 recommend.“

“DAMN was this tasty! I had the big quesadilla with chicken. It was ready fast, inexpensive, and very good. They have a toppings bar with various salsas, really fresh pico, and don't miss the house-made avocado sauce - it's REALLY good! I travel all over the valley for work, and I keep a "collection" of my favorite places in each area. This place is definitely going in my Gilbert collection! I'll be back!“

“In case you were not aware this restaurant has new owners as of nine months ago. I decided to visit after many years. The last time we visited the food was not that good. Tonight I sat at the sushi bar and spoke with the owners Shawn and Joy. They were very pleasant and the food was excellent. Shawn even made me a custom roll based upon my description! If you have not been here in a while, come on back and give it a try!“

“Dropped by to try a poke bowl here this morning. Store was clean and organized. Ample parking. Greeted immediately by staff member. He was friendly and was generous on servings which I appreciated. I ordered a two protein poke bowl and it was delicious. Taking a star off due to the flimsy container and avocado at the bar looking like it's seen better days (esp for 10:45am). I would come here again!“

“Came for lunch with my mom and daughter the other day! My four year old who doesn’t love sushi, devoured the orange chicken! And happy hour made everything fairly inexpensive! We got potstickes, edamame, sashimi and five rolls and tried the mochi! Loveeed all of it, the king kong roll was superb. The dynamite roll wasn’t my fave but why get cooked fish when there’s sushi available!?“

“Seriously great place to eat. I enjoyed everything about dining here with the exception of one small detail. Reservations are not your typical reservations. You will be seated with strangers even if you are wanting an exclusive dining experience. Luckily our strangers were celebrating the same thing we were and they were very nice too...still was very awkward for both of our parties to be forced to mingle. It's a small detail amidst the abundance of positives this places offers but sadly it slightly ruined the experience for us.“

“Nice spot, but a bit hidden. Definitely worth a visit if you like fresh sushi, miso soup, and a nice selection of sake! Service was great, but the restaurant was a bit slow. With the quality of food not sure why it was slow. Compared to other nearby sushi locations, prices seem comparable or better! Worth a look!“

“My wife and I have been wanting to try this place because we're in the area often. I'm glad we finally stopped in! We were seated at the bar immediately and met Mariah (Julia Stiles doppelganger. Can't miss her) and she was super helpful with this being our first visit. We ordered Saki Bombs, spicy tuna, tuna roll, salmon roll, and the Fat Boy roll. I recommend all of them. The Fat Boy is Mariah's favorite and it was delicious! I love a plain ol' tuna roll (takamaki) and I get one everywhere I go. I've never had a better tuna roll! Every piece literally exploded in my mouth! No fruit roll-up texture at all. The spicy tuna is stellar too. All of the fish were really great and I'm excited to try more specialty rolls soon!“

“Awesome place! Spoke with the owner who took our order and she told us all about the authenticity and care that goes into the food. She told us that most of the ingredients for the ramen is sourced from Japan. Sushi rolls have a very generous amount of meat in them and are priced fair. Will come again! Always happy to support a local business.“
