“Celebrated husband’s birthday 🎁 Everything was perfect!“

“First time consumer here and on Mother’s Day. I ordered the mimosa flight with chips and salsa. The server and the bartender were very kind and courteous. Downfall, it took a significant amount of time just to place an order for the drinks and then to receive the drinks. Received a glass of water but with the heat - the temperature of the water changed quickly. The server was kind enough to brink be a bigger glass with more ice and water. It was at least 100 outside - the misters were not turned on. That coupled with the time it took for me to receive the mimosa flights and the temperature of the mimosas- I will not be a return customer. **Update - when I arrived there were only 4 other patrons. And my food and drink order still took quite a long time. I had to ask for water glass. Then ask for glass with ice water. The bartender must be a novice - he had to keep looking at something while putting together the mimosa flight - the champagne should have been chilled and was not! Soo many issues now that I am thinking more on my encounter.“

“Made a reservation for my Husband's birthday and we had such a good time. The ambiance was very relaxing & romantic, the sound effects of open water were soothing to me. Our server, Lauren was awesome! and very helpful with the drink menu. My husband loved it!!! We'll definitely come back again.“

“High Tide gets a **thumbs up for the fish**, but honestly, the rest of the experience needs some work.

This was the first place I had fish after moving to Arizona, and coming from Alaska, I was genuinely worried I’d never be able to eat fish again. 😂 So I was pleasantly surprised that the fish was actually pretty darn good. That alone earned them some points with me.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t nearly as impressed with the rest. I really dislike being seated in the middle of the room where people are constantly walking around me. Unless someone specifically asks for that table, I don’t understand why restaurants automatically seat guests there. **Give people the better tables first!**

The cocktails are okay, but for the price nothing special. Definitely skip the Old Fashioned—it was **way too over-spiced**. The food overall was good, but not exceptional, and I think they have plenty of room to improve.

So, **fish gets a thumbs up, but everything else needs some attention.** Coming from Alaska, I’m just happy they managed to make me willing to order fish in Arizona again! 😂“

“AMAZING to say the least in all aspects. The food is phenomenal and they have great gluten free options. The service is absolutely outstanding. They are very attentive and the margaritas are perfect!! Great selections of wine and they had some on sale!!! I HIGHLY recommend.“

“I love Maeva. It’s my go to coffee and pastry shop in downtown Gilbert. I feel like a lot of people don’t know they have a great pastry program going on! I haven’t had dinner here yet, but their brunch and lunch items are delicious. More about the pastries - my friends and I were devouring some of the pastries as our after lunch desserts haha. We couldn’t stop eating them. Aside from food, the staff here are incredibly kind and very helpful!“

“Brunch with Mrs. V. @ one of our fave brunch eateries in downtown Gilbert. Frannie ordered the Chili Verde Benedict which she described as absolutely amazingly. I ordered Juan’s Breakfast Tacos (My go to) which had flavor for days. A beautiful Fall day, 85° and sunny, provided perfect weather for outdoor seating. Our server, Camille, was extraordinarily friendly, and engaging. The GM, Mariam visited our table and presented us with a complimentary cinnamon roll pancake (off their “secret” menu) courtesy of Camille, which was incredibly thoughtful and delicious. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!“

“It was my first time coming here and this will be my go to sushi spot. The sushi was delicious and they had so many different kinds of rolls to choose from. The customer service was also amazing. Our server was super attentive and made sure our glasses were never less than half full even while taking care of nearly 6 other tables and one being a large party. This would be the perfect spot for a date night but is also kid friendly if you’re having a family day at the mall!“

“Super fun speakeasy. Reservations recommended for weekends. The lighting, the decor, the ambiance, everything was on point. Most importantly, the drinks were legit - expensive, but this is what you pay for well-made curated drinks. Can be a little noisy and you should come prepared that reservations are like all speakeasy spots, a couple hours then you need to move on. Advice: read the menu before you go and be prepared, otherwise you might wait longer to get your drink if you take time to study the menu after you show up.“

The food is solid, around a 7/10 for me — great flavors and hits the spot. But if you’re looking for a place to enjoy a good beer, whether you’re stopping in quick or hanging out for a while, I’d definitely recommend coming down to The Perch and asking for Serena. She makes the experience worth it.“

“We went to Brio last night, the food was excellent. We had a little issue with one of the meals and the waitress took care of it right away. She ended up bringing out a whole new dish taking off the dish from the bill as well as 20% off the rest of our menu items we ordered. They were very apologetic and friendly staff and very attentive. Also, their sourdough bread is to die for.“
