Arriving 5 minutes early at Akai Hana with a party of 10 with reservations, I was told they were full and couldn't seat us - period. They tried to get us to sit outside in the cold without heaters (it was 65 degrees and falling fast). If they will not honor reservations, they cannot have good service or food. Never going back!
