Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company provides excellent customer service with phenomenally professional baristas. The coffee and vibes are amazing, making customers feel good and important. Specific baristas like Brynn are appreciated for their great smile and wonderful sense of humor. Another barista, Maddie, made absolutely delicious drinks even when the store was out of strawberry purée, using raspberry puree instead. Richard and Claudia were super friendly and had no problem remaking a badly made brown shaken espresso with no charge, creating a good experience. However, some customers complain about paying an absurd amount of money for a grande hot coffee but not getting a full cup or a sleeve. Overall, it is a favorite place for many.
