I was on the store yesterday and the used the lotto machine. It’s the first time I have ever used one and it malfunctioned. Hailey at the customer service desk came over to help me. Even with a line forming at the customer service desk, she never was flustered. She took the time to help and solve the issue. Thank you!
Most of the staff is friendly.
We frequent this Starbucks regularly as this is our closest, usual grocery store. I’ve always had excellent service at this location and the staff are always sweet and cheerful. Today - early on a Saturday morning - my husband went to Safeway to get bagels for breakfast and stopped in to the Starbucks to grad me a latte. I like the tiniest bit of syrup in my lattes - not a full pump in a tall - which can be tricky and I often get a latte that’s a teeny bit too sweet....read full review
