From the moment we sat down, Andy was incredibly attentive and caring. Everything he did felt perfectly balanced: he checked in exactly when we needed him.
His communication was excellent, warm, natural, and genuinely friendly. What impressed me most is how well he knows the menu. He knows every dish in detail, presents the food beautifully, and clearly understands how to make guests feel welcome and happy.
