“I was never really a fan of Subway but after coming to this location and meeting the manager Jason, and seeing how unbelievably awesome he is and how he is truly the nicest, funniest, most amazing manager and how great he treats every single person that walks thru the door made me not only love Subway but I tell everyone I know they have to come to this location and enjoy the best looking and best tasting sandwiches and prepare to have their mind blown with his amazing magic tricks. “The sandwiches are good but the service is mediocre. We have had several experiences where the order was made wrong or poor communication that order is ready.

When wrong there was no offer to make it right. E.g. they made the wrong sandwich, the owner said I’ll have them make the new one and you can take the wrong one. Didn’t happen.

My wife ordered and there was not call out her order was ready so it sat their until she asked. No apology or anything.

We feel their employees are not empowered to make things right for their customers.“

“We had an excellent experience at the Jersey Mike’s at 20020 North 59th Avenue, Suite 107. This location easily has the best customer service of any Jersey Mike’s in the Valley.

We were helped by Ami, and from the moment we walked in she was incredibly friendly and welcoming—even though it was during the rush hour. She stayed upbeat, paid close attention to our order, and made sure everything was done right.

What really stood out was when our gift card wasn’t working. Without us even asking, Ami took the extra step to manually enter the card number so we could still use it. That level of initiative and care is rare and made a big impression.

It was especially noticeable because we’ve had the opposite experience at another Jersey Mike’s in Surprise, where the staff seemed like they couldn’t care less whether you were there or not—even when the store wasn’t busy.

“Usually, I don't like doing reviews, but after today, these two employees need recognition for the great service and work they do for that Subway. For some context, I've been going to this Subway for about a year now and love most of the staff. For example, one of the assistant managers, Matthew, always makes my sandwich with so much love and always makes me laugh. Now this story is about Landon and a blonde kid (sorry I can't remember your name). It was the 4th of July, I went to Subway to get some sandwiches before the firework show that Hurricane Harbor does every year. Now this Subway has always closed their lobbies 30 minutes before they close and I've never heard anyone care about it until yesterday. Now about 7:20 they told a family in front of me that their lobby was going to close. Now most of the family was accepting of it with the expectation for the old man got super angry about it. In hindsight, the guy was probably super drunk since it was the 4th of July but that is not a good reason to yell at a bunch of high schoolers who are working for minimum wage. The workers decide just to let the family eat in until they close but as a result, everyone else left. I'm still impressed that when workers were making my sandwiches they were able to keep a smile on their faces and make my sandwiches delicious. If you are ever in the area, I highly recommend that you come to this subway and give the lovely staff a visit.“

“I come in there on a semi regular occasion to get the slim one with three packs of mail. I work out and I eat other foods that are filled with protein as well and even though that's up doesn't have a huge tent or protein, it's still taste great and I love it. They know me a little bit by now but it pretty much being the only thing I get there, because I'm a picky eater but I love that sub as long as it's available and they're very nice and cool people. And they always have it ready for me with in just a minute or two.“

A year ago there were two male servers that had no customer service skills whatsoever, and these two boys were so inefficient and bossy I started going to another JM on Bell. I'm so relieved the manager got rid of them! The girls you have now 12.1.24 are really nice and pay attention to what they are doing. They are so nice ! Thank you management.“
