“They are always super nice to me and when I order on door dash there’s not an option for dirty sauce on the side but I call and ask them to add for me and they always add it with no problem I really appreciate that! Yummy sandwhich that my son actually loves. 10/10“

“Skye & Eddie assisted me the other day & they did an excellent job. Skye was quick to take my order & Eddie cut my pickle while she assembled my sandwich & was finishing a sandwich (tuna.) I know Potbelly teaches their associates to engage with the customers on a personal level & Eddie did this flawlessly while he finished assembling my 2 sandwiches. Skye took over at the register & asked if I had any rewards card & told me about it too. I only visit this location because of the staff.“

“It's inside the gas station store. I'm not sure if it's always understaffed or if it's because we went late, which is around 9.30 pm. There was only one person serving, so the line was a bit slow. But the food is as good as any subway place. The person was very nice to talk to and with a nice smile on his face.“
