Cashier working there on 9-11-2019 could be bothered to hand me my online order that I was advised would be ready at 6:35. Finally got out of there at 6:48 because she seemed more interested in staring at her cash register than bagging my order or acknowledging my presence with a hello. Prep guy even had to tell her that I was waiting. Based on the reviews, Potbelly is a restaurant that opened years ago and serves very good sandwiches. The Avo-Turkey sandwich is amazing, and the Wreck is awesome. The Mediterranean Skinny sandwich is perfect, and the Skinny sandwich is a comfort food. The Loaded bake potato soup and potato pie soup are delicious, but the Pot Pie soup has no thick broth. The hot peppers have great flavor but can be spicy. However, some sandwiches have had bad items like old avocado and unwanted peppers. The staff provides amazing customer service, and the restaurant is clean. The restaurant offers Coke products. Customers love the food and come frequently, but wish for more BOGO offers.
