Ordered food and was sent to wrong address that doesnt exist...will not give me a refund ?left me hungry and without a refund. My receipt has the correct address i dont understand why they got it wrong...associate refused to make it up to me...i have been ordering here many times before never had an issue before

An average-at-best sandwich shop with weak service and a confusing setup, I don't like leaving negative reviews, so let's dissect why is good and bad here. First, the bread they use HAS to be toasted. Otherwise it's stiff. Now, I'm sorry, but I don't like being forced to eat a hot sandwich. Sometimes a cold sandwich is what sounds good, and if the bread is too hard, then that's a no go. The girl working there told me, "you can get it cold but our bread is designed to be hot so it's soft..." whatever. The sandwich fillings are meh. The chicken salad tastes like nothing. The tuna is tasteless too. No interesting sauces, no interesting combinations. Just some very basic sandwich choices. Nothing even remotely unique. In these days of a thousand sandwich joints, boring chicken salad on frozen bread for $15 just doesnt cut it. The service was anemic. I guess I'm getting old because I really like being greeted in some way when I enter a business. It can be anything. Even a "?Hey you "is fine. but here, I walked in, and there was not a single acknowledgment from anybody. I waited an entire four minutes before anybody said anything. Now that may seem trivial, but with everybody tightening their belts, giving indifferent service won't get you much business. I will say that there was nothing wrong here. It wasn't bad. I don't need an apology or some reaction from the management. It was a go-hum sandwich served with indifference. And I paid almost twenty bucks for the privilege. So my overall rating is, "meh." I've had better sandwiches at the grocery store deli to be honest.

The employee making my sandwich took my payment before finishing my sandwich. She used the register while keeping her gloves on. She then proceeded to keep making my sandwich. I tried to tell that after touching other surfaces she should change her gloves. Her response was “what, you want me to change my gloves?” Apparently the training at this location is subpar

I am always going to be slightly biased when I rate one of these potbelly locations only because there’s sandwiches, to me, are that damn good. OK, fan. Talk aside, this location is exemplary. The six or so times I have been there, regardless of the line, the folks working there are engaging and warm to the customers. I will drive blocks out of my way for their tuna, and that’s probably my least favorite sub from them because I only get it when I’m not feeling very well. It’s soothing, kinda like if chicken noodle soup became a sandwich. I digress, but all of this to say that this location is outstanding. It’s always clean, the food is always fresh and well prepared, and everybody there seems like they actually really want to be there.

First time trying a Potbelly restaurant. Came in for the soups, but I also had a sandwich and drink.Sandwich was ok, but a little shy on the meat within... should be a little more for the cost. Soup was good, but not as hot as i wished... could be because I came in at opening time.The chicken pot pie soup is really tasty.Drinks a little pricy as well.At register, you must select a 'tip choice' before it will process. Fast food place, and they all seem to do this now... I'm not a fan!

I have ordered the tuna sandwich several times on DoorDash, and each time, it has been extremely mediocre. The first time I got it, it was dry & not at all tasty. The best part about it was the bread. I attempted to give them another shot and ordered it maybe 6 months later. Same bland taste & I couldn't even finish all of it, despite how hungry I was. I would honestly not recommend this place to anyone looking for a high quality, tuna sandwich.

Just got of the ER for heart condition and my sister from Mississippi asked what I wanted for lunch and a damn good blue cheese sandwich from Pot bellys was it. Sure enough got my sandwich and they even left a get well note with it! Sandwich was hot and great!! Well be back!

I ordered food for delivery from across the country for a relative who just got out of the hospital, and the staff were AWESOME. Even left a sweet note on the takeout box. They really went above and beyond, and my relative was so excited for their delivery!

Having lived in Chicago I liked Pot Belly but this location needs improvement. They are always short staffed, prices are high, and make sure you watch them make the sandwich. Other choices around such as Firehouse Subs, etc so who ever owns this location get it working properly. Only one girl there today knew what she was doing other gal was new and another one was in the office doing who knows what.

I went to potbelly one day to pick up a group order for my office. There were a few other customers, but it wasn't a lunch rush by any means. I stood there for probably close to 15 minutes waiting for my food to be put in the cubby where you pick up online orders. No one put anything there, so I finally asked. It was done since before I got there, and they were holding it behind the counter. They acted like I was supposed to just know. No one said anything. They just let me stand there. I'll do my best to never go back
