El Pollo Loco is a popular restaurant known for its delicious food and flame-grilled chicken that is tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. Customers praise the generous portions and wide variety of salsas available, which they can freely request. The staff is described as friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting environment. However, some inconsistencies in portion sizes and sauce storage have been noted. Sometimes the chicken is very dry and the soda machines were a problem. The food is a Lil bland and the chicken just seems like it's seasoned with black pepper. Overall, El Pollo Loco is a frequented and recommended dining option for a flavorful and satisfying meal.
