“flavorful food, i enjoyed everything i ordered! the carne asada torta was assembled well and the bread was toasted perfectly. it comes with jalapeños inside but for extra spice i got an order of chile toreados, soo spicy and good. the pepino limonada is refreshing & sweet. i thought it would be more tarty but i still enjoyed it. also had to try their carne asada queso taco and it did not disappoint. the tortilla was full of flavor, would definitely order again. great service and salsa cart as well!“
“Coming in from out of town so didn't know the area. Found this place on yelp. Looked small from the outside but walking in there was plenty of space and a patio too. You order at the counter & they bring it to you. Girl at the counter was really nice. Since we were new she was nice enough to explain the menu to us. Food was tasty. We would go back.. Plus! There's a Mexican bread place right next door. Yummie“
“Really good authentic Sonoran Mexican food. The beans are made with real manteca!! Just like my grandmother's. Prices are super fair too. It's a hot spot for me to gather with my friends and my family. I most definitely recommend this spot.“
“First of all, the place is very clean and the service was good and very friendly and the cakes that I tried were the asada one recommended by Arely who served us very well and the other was the Cuban cake, I and my wife shared it and to drink I tried an agua very delicious cucumber with lemon. We will try the rest again as I am sure it will be good too.“
“Just stopped by to see their hours, and they have a pretty convenient schedule being open from 11 am to 10 pm daily with the exception of being closed on Tuesday's. I got to try their carnitas tacos, and they we're delicious. Their prices seemed very reasonable too. I'm really looking forward to keep coming back from here on out. Their location off El Mirage and Buckeye roads inside the local mini mart is super convenient for pick up orders too. Definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to try out a new place for Mexican food while providing local support. “I was notified Mi Nietos Cocina had great reviews and I'm always looking for new places to try. I'm very impressed with this restaurant. I had their beef enchiladas with red sauce and pork beans. It was very flavorful with just the right amount of spice. Next time I will order with some slices of jalapeños because I like spicy. The beans were excellent also. The food came out on a cast iron skillet which made for a beautiful presentation. The service was phenomenal and very friendly. It is a nice place to sit and relax to have great authentic and fresh Mexican food. Bravo!! Yelp never lets down!!!!“

“There are a lot of restaurants in this area that serve Mexican food. This is the best one we have found. The chips and salsa that come free on the table are excellent. The portion sizes are large, always give us an extra meal for the next day. The tortillas are fresh. Our favorite is the Pollo de la Crema, which is chicken in a mushroom cream sauce. Highly recommend!“
“I come here almost every Saturday because it’s close to my house. I normally order for pickup and they’re quick when making my order. My usual order is the carne asada fries and tacos de pastor and carne asada. The pastor is more on the sweet side, so I also get carne asada for my tacos to balance it out. I’ve tried the red pozole (the broth in my opinion is thick and sweet), I’ve had the Chile relleno (these are not spicy), and the chilaquiles (I order the green- but they’re not spicy.) The rice and beans are delicious. And you also have to try the Agua de Jamaica.“
“Los Compadres Carniceria in Avondale. Had crispy tripas, carnitas, and barbacoa tacos. I won't order the barbacoa again as the sauce it was cooked in wasn't to my liking. Also had beef chicharones that were excellent. It's a small place but well worth the trip.“

“So far best tacos in west Phoenix in the Avondale area. Tortillas are cooked to the right temperature. Portions are the right amount not too much not too little, just perfect amount. Flavor is good, I tried a taco of each meat (asada, pastor, birria, cabeza) and they were all good. You must come and try them. Not greasy. Salsas are not spicy but have great flavor.“
