“The past couple of times I've eaten here, I used the app to place my order. The time to from submitting the order and time to pick-up the food has been 30 minutes...no biggie. What I find frustrating is that the food has NOT been ready at the appointed time. The crew has to ask who I am multiple times and seem to be scrambling behind the counter to get the food over the finish line. You're better off just ordering in the store.“

“Everything you want from a subway!! Clean, enthusiastic employees, and everyone was polite. They mastered the art of subs and made mine just the way I like it.

Music was a good volume and they got me in and out quick. Ingredients were fresh!

“We have enjoyed goodcents for a few years now,but today Mitch the owner was my hero! We decided to go to the lake on a whim and had nothing prepared. “I have been to this place many times now and the food is always great! I've tried several of the sandwiches and they're all good. The broccoli cheese soup is a favorite of mine. A couple of down falls are that the line takes forever as there's usually only one person taking orders and I don't like that they prompt for a tip when it's a stand in line and stand up to order type of place. The food is worth the line though.“

“Skye & Eddie assisted me the other day & they did an excellent job. Skye was quick to take my order & Eddie cut my pickle while she assembled my sandwich & was finishing a sandwich (tuna.) I know Potbelly teaches their associates to engage with the customers on a personal level & Eddie did this flawlessly while he finished assembling my 2 sandwiches. “Decent service. Atmosphere was a little dark and dreary. Employees seem a little disengaged. The business is inside shell so the restroom is maintained by them and it's always clean and smelling great. Last but not least the prices have increased exponentialy. Long gone gone are the days of the $5 foot long. If it's a foot long you're planning on ordering be ready to fork out $15.“

“The food is great. If you order a "tub" as opposed to a sandwich, you will need to bring your own knife. They only provide forks. it's difficult to eat a tub with only a plastic fork.“

“I'm so happy that McAlister's Deli opened in Goodyear. My husband and I really enjoy the food. My absolute favorite is the chicken ceasar salad. The quality of food is good and the portion size is perfect. A big Shout-out to Kyle and Nathan. They were very friendly, kind and helpful. “We found the female manager rude in rushing the few people in there choosing a sandwich. Reaching over another employee adding meats to his build to hurry him up very rude. Plus, the menu board is very small high up on wall. Store was clean, we didn't like the manager and how she reacted to the few people in there.“

“It's inside the gas station store. I'm not sure if it's always understaffed or if it's because we went late, which is around 9.30 pm. There was only one person serving, so the line was a bit slow. But the food is as good as any subway place. The person was very nice to talk to and with a nice smile on his face.“

“We had a large group and got the original cheesesteak platter and 3 types of wings. It was all amazing and we even had leftovers that everyone was begging to take home. “The guys that work there are really smiley, which is rather refreshing. And when I ordered the chicken bacon ranch thing, they kept complimenting my selection, which was HILARIOUS and made my day. “Jersey Mike's makes the best cheesesteak sub, hands-down! Went to the Goodyear location last night. Isaiah made us a Big Kahuna with provolone cheese and salami instead of jalapeños (a steak bomb back east). He made it to perfection, like being back in Massachusetts. “I have been coming to this Subway for many years. I have really noticed in the past 6 - 8 months how clean it is, how fresh the food is and how friendly the employees are. To whomever owns this particular Subway - you are doing something right for sure. These days, it is VERY difficult to find a fast food restaurant that actually cares about service - or the quality of the food they are serving. There are many places I don't go to anymore because of this (some have been downright disgusting). This Subway (83rd Ave. & Thunderbird Rd.) goes above and beyond and I recommend you drive the extra mile to this location if you are hungry for Subway.“
