We love Firehouse Subs, but this seems to be the only location that can actually cook the bacon properly so it's not a limp, soggy, nasty bacon experience. Good bacon is important. Everything else is great too.
I love firehouse subs, I can't say much else because I only ever get one sandwich from here and that's the cheddar brisket. Service is always great and when they make a mistake they take the time to apologize and make it right.

Place is hit and miss. Been coming here since they opened. Recently though it's been pretty bad. Their portions are getting smaller and the meat is questionable. I brought it to their attention and was told that's how their turkey comes, and they even showed me, which was actually better than what I got in this pic.
