“I had an outstanding experience at Firehouse Subs thanks to Chandler and Noah. From the moment I walked in, their energy, professionalism, and attention to detail stood out. They were both incredibly friendly, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work.

Chandler made sure my order was perfect and took the time to ensure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Noah was just as impressive—working quickly while still maintaining great customer service and a positive attitude. It’s not every day you come across a team that works this well together and genuinely cares about the customer experience.

The food was fresh, made perfectly, and served fast, but what really made the visit memorable was the level of service these two provided. They set the standard for what great customer service should look like.

They are staffed with world class slicers and I can tell they take pride in their craft. Love this location!“

“I got a couple of sandwiches from Subway. This is the ONLY food service store I have been to where they do NOT accept Tips. Unbelievable.In this day and age where atop is automatically added to even a cup of coffee. I felt sorry for the people who work there. At least there should be a “ Tips” jar if people want to leave some.“

“I was stoked to learn this was coming to Verrado. I’ve been to one in Avondale and loved it. Is it a little more expensive than Subway? Sure, but you’re getting quality meat and some amazing sourdough bread. Well worth it to me!

First visit was right after they opened, and like most new businesses they were figuring things out. Workers were super friendly and busting their butts, but it did take a little while to get my food. I gave it a couple weeks and tried again, and was stoked to find they’ve definitely smoothed things out.

Highly recommend the smoked brisket or chicken pesto sandwiches, and the cookies are sooo good too! Turkey cranberry and French dip both caught my eye, so I’m looking forward to coming back 😁“

“I have a gluten allergy and know going out I take that chance. Mikayla was great, cleaned the machine and wiped the counter, took her time. Definitely a lot better reaction than I normally get when going out, anywhere. I didn’t catch his name, however the brotha that took over the making of my sandwich changed gloves, wiped counter and put down an extra paper barrier. Little shit like this is what keeps me going back, especially when my family (who doesn’t have celiac’s disease) wants to go. Also gave them a tip, not because they were entitled to it, because they earned it. I appreciate you, your hard work matters to someone.“
