I was stoked to learn this was coming to Verrado. I’ve been to one in Avondale and loved it. Is it a little more expensive than Subway? Sure, but you’re getting quality meat and some amazing sourdough bread. Well worth it to me!

Sourdough & CO. is a great addition to the Verrado community's growing restaurants for lunch or dinner. The sourdough bread is delicious, and the freshly baked sourdough loaf to go is also amazing. The menu offers quality meat, with highly recommended options like the smoked brisket, chicken pesto, and Crunchy chicken sandwich, which is described as the most delicious sandwich ever. The brisket sub, turkey and cheese with all the fixings, French dip, and turkey cranberry also catch the eye. The chicken & poblano pepper soup is great, and having some sourdough bread with it makes it pretty tasty. The generous salad portions with soup and the Cobb salad are available, though the Cobb salad had about 1 tablespoon of chicken on it. The lemon cookies and cookies are yummy. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The wait was not long. The sourdough is well worth it, though it is a little more expensive than Subway. At the price point of $31 for 2 items plus one can of soda, the owner is told to try to knock it out of the park and keep people coming back.
