Riley took my order. He made sure to repeat it back to make sure it was correct. Staff greeted me enthusiastically as I entered the store. Always puts me in a good mood. My sub was hot n fresh and was exactly as I ordered it, no onions and extra mustard. The Hook n Ladder is my favorite. Store was clean. I will return to this location.
I've always loved this location so much because they treat their customers with such care , today I placed an order without realizing I had placed the order for the next day already being at the location. Luis the manager took his time to make my order even though they had closed. Me and my husband were very hungry after work trying to eat without realizing the mistake we made. Luis took care of us without no problem and reassured us it was okay. :) we are very happy and appreciative!!

This Firehouse Sub ??? is always super clean and no lines to wait. Every time I've visited this establishment, it's always empty, which is fine since there's always plenty of seating and your food is done quickly. Love the Fireman ??decor all around the place.
