so my boyfriend just brought home dinner from smashburger in Avondale. we both got 2 burgers that were charred and flattened. the smash fries weren't fresh, but cold and stale. we tossed most of this in the trash. wtf. Not sure what went wrong here because the food used to be good. this is my birthday and thought a good burger would be great. never again.
The bacon, cheddar, brisket burger is our new favorite. So tender and such a. Huge portions for the money. Plus fries galore. We will travel there for lunch any day of the week.
Such a great experience at Smashburger! The food was delicious, fresh, and came out perfectly. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, and everything tasted like it was made fresh.
What really stood out was the service. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which honestly makes such a difference. Great customer service is hard to find sometimes, and the staff here definitely deserves recognition!
