I had a fantastic lunch at Sushi Ko Restaurant & Japanese Cuisine in Scottsdale,Arizona, and it quickly became one of my favorite spots for Japanese food. The restaurant has a comfortable,welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to relax, whether you choose to sit inside or enjoy the outdoor seating on a pleasant day.
We stopped by Sushi Ko Restaurant & Japanese Cuisine in Scottsdale, Arizona right when they opened for the day, and it turned out to be the perfect time for a relaxing meal. Sushi Ko has been around for over 25 years and the food quality is still up there. The menu is huge, with sushi, Ramen, udon, katsu, and so much more. The squid salad is the best one, and the Vegas rule is the best biggest role. The miso soup is very flavorful and very large. The service is awesome, and the staff is amazingly nice. However, the price of Nabeyaki Udon was increased to over $16, and the size of the serving was reduced by 40%. One server tried his best to accommodate everyone, but the wait time was long because he was overworked. An owner/manager was present and wasn’t really helping him. The food is very fresh and high quality, and the pricing is very good. A big fan of sushi loves this place.
