Sushi Ko has been around for over 25 years and the food quality is still up there. The menu is huge, with sushi, Ramen, udon, katsu, and so much more. The squid salad is the best one, and the Vegas rule is the best biggest role. The miso soup is very flavorful and very large. The service is awesome, and the staff is amazingly nice. However, the price of Nabeyaki Udon was increased to over $16, and the size of the serving was reduced by 40%. One server tried his best to accommodate everyone, but the wait time was long because he was overworked. An owner/manager was present and wasn’t really helping him. The food is very fresh and high quality, and the pricing is very good. A big fan of sushi loves this place.
