Sushi here is decent and the service is good. I've also had a takeout ramen and the way the food was packed was quite good as the soup was separated from the noodles to prevent the noodles from getting soggy. This restaurant has been around for awhile but it looks like the little Japanese restaurants that I've seen when we lived in Tokyo, made me feel like I was back in Japan.

SushiKo is a decent quality spot for sushi in Phoenix. The nigiri and sashimi quality is mid-grade. Service is great and the whole staff is attentive and very friendly. The other Japanese entree items from the kitchen are worth a try!

Fabulous. Came here for my friend birthday last week and i haven’t stopped thinking about it since. The chef is so talented and full of personality. Wonderfully executed dragon roll with a perfect sake pairing. Everything was super fresh and amazing! We enjoyed it so much and can’t wait to come back!

Probably the greatest sushi place I have ever been to. The fish is so fresh and tender here that it melts in your mouth, and the chef told us that it takes at most 22 hours between the time that the fish is caught and the time that it reaches our mouths. It is a must try in Arizona.
I went the other evening for dinner and had an amazing dining experience. The food was fantastic but the thing that stood out to me the most was how attentive the staff was. It was one of the best service experiences I have ever had.

Honestly the worst Sushi I have ever had.Soggy,flavorless,Brown Avacado,Cold Dynamite (suppose to be hot)Literally just awful.The Salmon was so fishy I almost gagged.Service was good,I felt bad,I didn't complain in person.But literally the worst garbage I have ever tasted.The atmosphere is bright fluorescent lights and a portable evap cooler sitting in the doorway blowing musty humid air on my food.GROSS.Never again.

This was my parents favorite sushi restaurant so I decided to take my mom back for a special treat. We arrived just as they opened and were seated right away but after that things went down hill. The server/hostess was distracted and actually walked away from us as we were ordering to seat another customer! Then our food came out at different times. In fact my mom finished her food by the time I got mine and I was finished when our third guest received his food. This is inexcusable! When asked about the problem we were told online orders caused the issue. Again, inexcusable! The order was taken and should have received the same care assembling it as the online order. Surely they didn't have to come back three times to get their three meals! My mom enjoyed her meal, mine was gross, and the third meal was good but they served his soup and soba noodles together (and after we were finished) so half was cold. I still gave four stars because the place looks lovely, I may have ordered wrong, and the service/kitchen issues may be a one off issue. We will try a
