Hit this location at a busy time. I was patient. I ordered a spinach breakfast wrap which came out in 10 minutes. This was ok. I also ordered a tall black coffee. I waited a full 10 minutes more; I asked a server if I could get my tall coffee, she unpleasantly retorted, "It's in the queue." I waited 5 more minutes (no kidding), I finally asked a gentleman at the cash register for the coffee, and he gave it to me. This location needs help!! Their queue system is bad.
