The people who work in this store are the rudest customer service employees I have ever encountered. Multiple customers being talked down too and being told they are too busy to help them. There are 5 people in the store. Get your donuts elsewhere.
The customer service was very rude to me when I ordered a frozen hot chocolate they said that they no longer make them when I know that was not true they just lied to my face I will never go into another

Go somewhere else. Place is short staffed and we were ignored as walk-ins for 15 minutes because “they couldn’t lock the front door.” Btw, that’s illegal from a fire life safety standpoint!
