Go somewhere else. Place is short staffed and we were ignored as walk-ins for 15 minutes because “they couldn’t lock the front door.” Btw, that’s illegal from a fire life safety standpoint!

The people who work in this store are the rudest customer service employees I have ever encountered. Multiple customers being talked down too and being told they are too busy to help them. There are 5 people in the store. Get your donuts elsewhere.

Of all the breakfast items , I purchased..the hash browns were disappointing. No taste, heavy oil...the service n atmosphere were outstanding. I'll continue to go here.. but I'll avoid the hashbrowns.

Horrible. There was no one else in the place, yet it took the old guy a good 5 minutes before he helped me. He was pleasant enough but upon getting home, I found both of my donuts to be STALE and hardened. The place also smelled of smoke, like an electrical fire had taken place. Judging from the reviews, corporate might want to replace the staff or shut down this location.

America does *not* run on Dunkin. Processed baked goods served unpleasantly just doesn’t inspire.This location is a sad testament to the state of modern food service and why automation is inevitable.$1.80ea for semi-fresh donuts (made in a central canteen… decades since Dunkin locations baked locally), rung up by a sullen old man who greets you with “what do you want” backed by multiple staff who can’t seem to get 4 donuts into bag literally 3ft away.Mistakes happen, but when they look you like your an alien when you ask for the rest of your order and say nothing… not even a “there ya go” and don’t even look at you while reluctantly fixing their mistake (after you’ve convinced them by showing them the receipt they handed you 5 seconds ago).

Damn, I usually love coming to this Dunkin, but today, October 27th, 2023, let me tell you, the girl taking orders in drive thru was not having it today. She did not want to be there, nor did she like her job today. I didn't get napkins or a straw, which no biggie I keep extras in my car. It's just the fact that the other 2 girls that are usually there are so happy and bubbly it's nice to have smiles in the morning, especially at 7am..... I will still continue to go to dunkin, only because I love their snakin bacon, which I guess they were out of this day also.

Pretty bad. I was handed a bag of bacon strips with 3 pieces and freezing cold, I asked for them to please warm it up and add a bit more- then a manger lady starts loud talking at and over me that they can’t serve it hot (we get it hot every weekend…) and it needs to be “ambient” ? very strange.
